Awesome staff! The room smelled amazing and it was very spacious and comfortable. The jacuzzi tub was a plus!

The room was clean, however ,the second we stepped off the elevator we were struck by a very strong marijuana smell. The hallway was filled with this smell. Our room did not have the smell. Even in the morning as we left we could smell it.

Noise level was so bad that an individual could not sleep. Unable to park near the room. Had to park in adjacent parking area. Unsafe to me.

We had prepaid for an accessible room with a king bed. The first room we were given was not in any way handicap accessible. When we went back to the front desk to change rooms the person working the desk argued that it was accessible. He was alone working the desk and had to call a supervisor to give us a different room. It took almost an hour to get a new room. It did not have a king bed. The bathroom was dark, the tile floor was VERY slippery from the shower. The bed was VERY close to the wall. When we checked out I had to find the person working the desk— who was doing double duty by also preparing the breakfast buffet.

This was a "pit stop" along our route while traveling and was very convenient to the interstate. The rooms were clean and quiet. Breakfast was minimal but enough to tide us over until our next stop. Staff was professional and friendly.

Facilities are very limited as compare tocharging access of $140-$170 night is way beyond. No hot breakfast or milk were available. AC was not running good , limited TV channels. I would check other options before staying this hotel again.

It was pretty expensive for a pretty mediocre hotel. Paid $200 plus and the bathroom door wouldnt close. The shower smelled mildewy. Thankfully we were just there one night to wait out the tropical storm on our way back to Texas.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Have traveled quite a bit and this hotel was cleaner and nicer than many more expensive chain hotels I have stayed in. Pool and area around it was also nice. If I am ever in this area again I will definitely stay there again.

Customer service was amazing. Very friendly. They called me beforehand to see at what time we were arriving and had everything ready to go when we arrived. This was great since we arrived late and tired. Beds were comfy as always. Hotel was a little run down but clean. And in reality that's what matters. Clean and comfy.

Room was large and clean. Bathroom was equally spotless with a large counter and cloth shower curtain. Very nice room to relax in overnight and the breakfast spread the next morning was excellent as well. Eggs, cereal, fresh fruit, biscuits and gravy, yogurt, muffins, bagels, waffle maker, superb selection! A little hard to find a parking spot as the lot is small and tight being tucked in between other businesses. Had to circle it once, exit, and then back into a spot. Great experience overall, would stay there again!
