Excellent property and amazing staff. We loved the location. Staff was well trained and very helpful. Street names changed the week before and it was extremely hard to find the hotel. They sent a bellman to meet us and bring us in. It was outstanding!

From entering the hotel we had the friendliest of welcomes from both Francesca and Erik. The room was everything we could have asked for in terms of comfort and cleanliness, a real luxury feel. We regret we were only able to spend one night and would absolutely make this our hotel of choice if we return. A further mention goes to the extensive breakfast where everything was presented perfectly and nothing was too much trouble for the team. Thank you to Francesca for the ice cream recommendation, the best we have had this holiday.

Impeccable stay at hotel Tivoli. A lot of thought and attention to detail, great location and the staff are wonderful. Rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. Rooftop terrace is a must for a sundowner, sadly I wasn’t able to try the spa Would definitely stay here again!

I absolutely loved this hotel. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable. The hotel location was excellent, but the highlight of my stay was the care and attention shown by the entire staff, who went above and beyond to provide us with the best possible experience. I highly recommend it!
