I cannot rate the stay I had with Disini high enough. Staff were all so friendly and helpful, food was always excellent, room was gorgeous. You won't regret staying here.

There are much better places in Seminyak and I would advise anyone to look elsewhere.
When we arrived we were advised that our rate would not include breakfast despite our booking confirmation noting free breakfast. Staff were clearly aware of this issue noting it has happened to numerous other guests however they refused to provide breakfast and were in no way apologetic noting that we should contact hotels.com as “it wasn’t their issue”.
Their page is also misleading and should note there is NO common pool access for the “garden view” rooms; this view is in fact a view of a wall with a plant in front of it.
The room itself was dated with a broken shower head that was waist high and the water was often cold. Overall I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Disappointed that on our booking it said we were in a Villa and when we got there we were told that we are in a bungalow. Staff, property and location were excellent overall but not being in what we were expecting and without a pool given it was hot was disappointing.

Very warm and friendly staff. Quick response time. Lovely spaces. Excellent location. Cleanliness can be improved a little but overall still clean. Good breakfast choices however overall menu can be better and true to pictures and descriptions.

Overall a good experience. Hotel arranged all our taxi transfers before and after. Location is perfect, short walk to main shopping area with loads of restaurants and shops near by. The bed was comfortable and pool was warm.
The breakfast was average and the rooms were a little dated. In need of an upgrade.

Be careful as it shows breakfast included before reservation & during check in they inform breakfast is not included in the package. Even Expedia representative could not resolve the issue immediately.

Lovely staff, great pool and very spacious. Staff were very helpful with all requests.

Very good property. The BIG issue is with BOOKING on your site. The visuals show something and what you get is something else. I saw visuals showing pool in the villa and I booked that asap. When I reach the venue ,I realise that I was CHEATED. The visuals don’t match and the room was a bungalow and not pool villa. You guys SUCK!!!

The way the villa’s supervisor treated us was so bad and so rude. Just make sure that you are going to book for a room ‘in the villa’ NOT ‘in the bungalows’.

Amazing villa with our own private pool, Lanai, outdoor kitchen and beautifully appointed bathroom. Huge super king bed that was so comfortable.
Staff were helpful and welcoming, and the breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend.

The staff at Disini went above and beyond the expected service levels.
My wallet had been stolen before my arrival to Bali. I had no cash / credit cards. The staff paid for the taxi, helped me with the police and they made sure I was fine.
They provided as much care as my mother would have provided. It will never been forgotten.

The villa was great and in a very convenient location and had one of the most comfortable beds that I have ever slept in! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Disini Villas. The only criticism would be in regards to the breakfast, it could use a bit of a revamp.

I stayed in Villa 26, great villa, unfortunately had to tell the staff the toilet was broken over 4-5 days until they finally fixed it.
Neat, tidy and would stay there again.

I dun think this is a luxury villa furniture are so outdated ....besides the room with private pool n the lobby nothing else...... Is difficult to find the hotel even we are using GPS ....it mean the diretion to the hotel are not accurate by using GPS.....

I had the best holiday in years! Great location near great restaurants...
The accommodation was the best! I couldn’t have asked for more. Bed perfect, air conditioning perfect ( cause you need it). Pool was amazing, staff accommodating and polite. I’m going back for sure!

Fantastic villa and even better pool. Was my partners first overseas trip and Disini villas will be hard to beat on future holidays. The staff could not be more polite and helpful. The complementry one-way transport in the Seminyak area topped off the great experience. Close to fantastic eateries, shops and markets. Had a great week at Disini and we could not get back to our villa quick enough most days to get into our own pool. The position and layout of the villa and pool made you feel like you were secluded, and there was virtually no noise heard from the nearby busy streets. I will have to look hard to beat the fantastic Disini villas for future holidays.

Our experience at the hotel was fantastic, the only draw back was the 10 to 15 minutes walk to the beach. But other than that I could not fault anything. It was a real pleasure staying here.

Cosy resort with friendly staff who went that extra mile to make my stay a more comfortable one. Plus points: - cosy villas, nice design - Indoor bedrooms & outdoor living / dining / kitchen - complementary water / soft drinks / beer every day - excellent service staff - excellent location for food and rest - while the exit takes you to a small road right into the middle of Jalan Laksmana - dining options in abundance, you can't hear traffic noise from the villa Cons: - poor location of the television set, but then in Bali, why watch TV when there's so much else to do) - a tad further from the beach & Ku De Ta - about a 15 mins walk
