The team were extremely friendly - good parking - 10 minute walk to local bars and restaurants.
Great Irish breakfast
Only negative is they are refurbing hotel so a little noisy in the morning - but we’re considerate and they didn’t start too early!

Stayed after doing the Waterford Greenway. Staff were great. Food was great. And breakfast was lovely.
