The front desk staff was always willing to answer questions about where to find things we were interested in, which we appreciated.

Hotel was clean and well kept. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was good. The suite was perfect for me and my 3 teenage kids. Definitely would stay again.

Front desk worker went above and beyond multiple times. We ordered pizza, she brought it out to the pool with plates and napkins so we didn't need to get out. Very friendly! Nice area, easy access, clean pool. Lots of space in our room. We will definitely choose this place again if in the area.

The evening staff was a delight! Truly enjoyed her! Our bathtub had a dirty puddle upon arrival but we tried to use it & clean it out but it was a tub full of standing water the whole time. Oh & then there was the multiple police cars & fire truck when we left for dinner! 😳 They were unable to get us into a room to use the shower in the morning. I’m not sure why it was so expensive to stay in Wichita Falls, but third party booking meant they couldn’t offer a discount. The issue is truly that housekeeping knew this was an issue when they cleaned the room before our stay.

It’s run down and dated. Not cleaned properly and needs a lot of maintenance. The paint was peeling by the AC unit, and I. The bathroom ceiling. The fridge needed to be wiped down. There was a dead bug of some sort on the floor. The 1st room smelled very musty. I showed the dead bug thing to the front desk and they said it was from a cricket or grasshopper. I should have taken pictures. Stay somewhere else. They need to do a good renovation of this place before I stay here again!

The front desk ladies from daytime to evening and night shift, we're extremely sweet, friendly, courteous and helpful. The maid during our 3-day stay was gracious and helpful.

The hotel was more run down than the pictures showed. The room looked nothing like the pictures that it advertised. For the cost, I was expecting a lot nicer hotel. Very disappointed.

Very old property, recently renovated, but smells old. Room AC stopped cooling in the middle of the night, room was not fully cleaned. Found old guest keys on top of counters.

Booked rooms through Hotels.com over Thanksgiving for my me and my wife and my parents. Got there and the hotel had no record of my reservation. Told me I shouldn't have used Hotels.com and that it wasn't Best Westerns fault. She was no help and kind of rude. I tried to get help through the Hotels.com virtual agent but it did not recognize my confirmation number. Kept telling me there was no information for that confirmation number. I never found a phone number for Hotels.com but after requesting an real agent over and over through the VA I finally got a live person. That person confirmed there were no rooms booked and refunded my $ . While I am glad I got my money back, I would not recommend using Hotels.com to book rooms. I also wouldn't recommend the Best Western in Wichita Falls either. Woman at desk couldn't care less about my predicament. Very unhelpful.

The hotel was kinda far from where we were but very nice room we had a suite. The pool was open till 10pm but no lights so kids had to get out when it got dark. The breakfast was pretty good.

Over all very clean and good place to stay. The beds were really hard for us.

We liked everything about the property except the beds. The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable. We did get kicked out of the pool due to a chemical imbalance. I think that it has been taken care of very well. I don't think the imbalance was due to any fault of theirs. Overall great place but, again the bed is very uncomfortable.

This was a disappointing Best Western stay. Usually, that brand means better quality than what we found. It was priced higher than other properties in the area but didn't translate to any sort of value. The lobby was clean but the property feels old. The room had the same feel, including the bathroom. It was offered as a suite but it was just a regular room with a couch. The bathroom lavatory was also out in the main area with only the toilet and bath/shower behind a closed door. No separation. Breakfast was included and was ok. There were hot and cold items.

We enjoyed our stay. It is old school charming. Great location wonderful staff. And Rocky’s next door hit the spot for a place to eat.

Beds were lumpy and soft. No noise abatement between rooms -- could hear couple next door VERY clearly. TV would not turn on or off with the remote -- only manually.

I love the area, their was very neat and comfortable
