Great location, we enjoyed the stay, parking lot was closed of on one side throughout the night so people would have to drive around to exit we found that reassuring. Staff were nice throughout the stay no issues, we had our pets and we're glad floors where not carpet the AC lacked a little which made the room humid that would be the only issue, struggled during the day but at night it kept the room cool. They have a small gym, some weights, some mats and a couple machines to exercise. Ice machine first floor, breakfast was included, room had fridge and microwave, roku tv so you can what your regular apps, wireless charging next to bed to just set your phone down and it charges (loved that), there was a sofa as well, room was pretty spacious, we visit Houston often to see family and as long as every stay is this great we will come back.

There’s no tea, coffee or hot water pot in the rooms you have to go downstairs to the lobby late at night if you want to drink tea.

I almost did t book this hotel because of the reviews about the area around the hotel! They were wrong !! The vacant lot in back of the hotel was of zero significance…no vagrants. No noise, no weirdo’s anywhere around the property !! Very quiet. The rooms are updated minimalist CLEAN! Which I loved! No carpet just great laminate hard word. Great shower and bathroom essentials. Bed was comfy. Staff here is amazing. Especially Rick at the front desk who was so accommodating, helpful and great conversationalist while I waited for the shuttle. Shuttle was on time and drivers Frisco and Martine were attentive, caring and also great conversationalist !! . Also a very great deal for the price! I’ll stay here again when I’m back in Houston❤️
