Front desk was amazing at handling any questions or issues. Only complaint was having to keep going to the front desk about housekeeping. We would even take the garbage out and they wouldn’t replace the garbage bags and had to ask for wash rags and towels almost every day

The hotel staff at the front desk tried to charge us $10 CASH per night for one additional parking spot, despite there being absolutely nothing on the hotel’s own website about parking fees. The front desk clerk tried to claim it is listed on their site, it is not. We checked. And on Hotels.com it is listed as free parking. Mind you, luckily the other adult in our room had family in Myrtle Beach so they could park at their house but had they not we really don’t know what we would have done. They refused to accept credit card for the parking spot, said it HAD to be cash, we dont carry cash on ourselves anymore and didn’t know where we could access an ATM safely nearby at 11pm at night. Absolutely ridiculous, made our trip so much harder to navigate who drove where and who parked where. Major inconvenience. The hotel is barely a 4/5 stars and I feel Im being generous. The room needed cosmetic upgrades. Nothing too severely outdated or broken just minor fixes that would be easy for them to do. Just really didn’t like their parking arrangement and the fact that they couldn’t show us where it was written and wouldn’t even accept credit card or a charge to the room felt bizarre to me and because of this I would never stay here again. (They also tried to say it’s because we only had one room, despite the room being advertised as able to sleep four and didn’t specify if that had to be adults or children. Then they tried to claim it’s because they don’t own the parking lot its rented.

Comfortable stay, clean suite, beautiful oceanfront view. My only cons are the parking, you have to walk...and the elevators were very slow, and one was not working. Other than that, it was a good stay for a solo trip.

The room we stayed in was dated, but overall the stay was excellent!

I do not have a single complaint for this room. I found it last minute and I'm very grateful that I did! The location is perfect, and the room is unbelievably spacious with everything you could possibly need while away from home. The check-in was easy and I received great customer service!
