Close to the beach, close to everything, walking distance to the boardwalk, rooms big enough to accommodate a medium sized family
Cleaningness, bathtubs need anti slip strips (I slip and fell in the bathroom and hit my face against the water spout causing me a concussion), rodents in the room, mini fridge and air conditioning barely working (room warm, reported to the administrator but nothing done.
