Expensive, average customer services, Pool size too small, Overall i think this place is just overpriced.

We had a great time at great wolf lodge. We spent most of Our time in the waterpark but our room was clean and spacious. They had a ton of scheduled activities for the like dance parties and story times. The food is a bit expensive and your own snacks are not permitted in the waterpark and the activities are a little pricey but it’s still so much fun.

Great place but crowded

The facility is more impressive than I expected, of the Disneyland variety with impressive attention to detail and grand scale. Upon arrival, our reservation could not be found due to it being made through Expedia and not direct through the facility. The staff was nice but that was alarming though ultimately resolved. Our room was ready right at the 4:00 deadline though we attempted to check in earlier (as does EVERYONE else so don't plan on it). Our room was nice but not well cleaned. The faucet handles still had toothpaste gunk from previous guests that came off easily for me with a tissue so was just overlooked. There was also hair in all the corners of the room. I think the staff must get hit with a major crunch to turn over rooms quickly and don't have time to adequately clean. Throughout our stay I was most impressed by the staff being warm, kind, and positive after dealing with kids and families all day. I don't know where they find this many employees who take their jobs seriously and are gracious the whole time but it's certainly impressive in this small town.

we had a great time!

Still under renovation but huge improvement in cleanliness! The old dingy carpets are gone and replaced by new, clean lvps. The rooms now have a more modern look but still has that GWL feel that we all know and love! They completely changed the magiquest game and clans so I do kind of miss the old, familiar game but I'm open to the new change and my kids still enjoyed playing it.

Really liked the place, easy to navigate and the water park is fun! Only thing I would recommend is to double check the information, staff sometimes give you two different answers, so I got different info from the front desk and the customer service line.

They. Harmed me 428 $ for one night and the pool water was cold and the shower rooms water was cold

Our 2 and 4 year olds had so much fun here! Holidays are great here with the decorations and meeting Santa too!

I was a little disappointed to find that portions of the Lodge are being renovated. However, I recognize that it will make the hotel more enjoyable in the long run. I rated our stay a 4 simply because of the cost.

We go GWL at least 3 times a year. We love it!!!

Great day with kids spent at this place

Newly renovated rooms in 2023 with wood floors were very clean. Good facilities and lots of events for kids.

Always a fun experience, hotels.com did not point out the fact that they are remodeling so some of the areas are out of commission. Not a big deal and it was still a fun time.

We had a great family stay. The construction seemed to take away some of the magic of the lodge.

I recommend not going during this time the construction going on is horrible and not worth the money we paid !! It was extremely dangerous with wires hanging out from the ceiling , debris falling on you during breakfast .

Property is under construction. Room was clean. Staff were helpful and polite. Water park was great

Convenient with everything

Property was great expect the food by the pool, we got wings and there was hair in the wings, guy didn't have a hair net on.

I stayed for one night with my family.No complaints.I had low expectation after reading some reviews.But we had a good time overall.Only thing I didn’t like was there is not much food options and no room service.But that is how this property is.I would definitely recommend for a family night out.

Checked in 730 Due to traffic , pool closes 8pm .pool opens 10am check out 11 .. didn’t feel relaxing , felt rushed

Very under staffed. Pools closed at times. Overall not very polite staff. Restaurants understaffed and closed.
