There are so many birds around the building. The bird poops were all over our rental car.

We came for the eclipse and it was a great location and reasonably priced. The room was very spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is in need of some updating, and breakfast was bare bones. Overall it met our needs but I wouldn’t stay for another reason.

Place is showing age. And new paint doesn’t fix it. Mold under refrigerator door. Best your gonna get for GBC though

The room was in very poor condition even though it was a suite. A lamp shade was missing in the bedroom, the TV didn't work and the remote was missing the back cover which had tape over the batteries. I was never able to find out how to turn on the lights in the bedroom, but there was an exposed electrical box near the headboard so maybe that was for the best.

Had an overall ok time. I stayed two nights and thought the beds would be made each day but the sheets were just pulled up instead. The blanket was like a heavy sheet not really a blanket. Will book again.

We always enjoy our stay there. Sometimes it’s a little noisy but mostly quiet. At times the back parking lot is a little messy people throw their trash in the parking lot but other than that it’s a nice place breakfast is always good and I love that they are pet friendly.

Everything was just fine except my bed was just a little hard but not unbearable and no blanket on the bed. Location was great close to other businesses and outlets. Will try to stay there again.

Very dirty...bed was unclean (stinking of pee)Moved to another room . Unattended children next door very loud. Got a full refund but will not stay at that location ever again.

False advertisement, the pics aren’t what you get also not very clean and the so called breakfast isn’t as advertised. Very much a waste of money we ended up booking another place after an hour of being there. Would not recommend at all. Regards

Lobby area very hot, employees walking around with cigarettes in mouth while cleaning rooms. Only a couple of towels in the room, pillows were a joke. If not for a last minute trip due to a death in the family, would of stayed somewhere else especially for the price, cost was too much for sure

1.At check in the staff was outside smoking and even when we asked about checking in they finished smoking then came in to wait on us 2. I reserved a room with a balcony. At check in the staff said nothing to me about there not being any available and just put me in a regular 2 queen bed room. Got to the room and no balcony and there was POOP in the toilet and it would not flush. Reported it the front desk they did come fix and clean the bathroom. The room still had an awful smell. 3. The staff and their friends just take over the pool, with no respect to the guest. Some were inappropriately dressed. 4. There were rats/ mice running all around outside. 5. A lot of areas were dirty and areas were unsafe missing tile/carpet.My guess is due to remodeling at some point 6 the elevator sounded like it was about to breakdown. I heard several guest complaining about it. And there are more issues, but what good does it do to complain. This was my worst hotel experience ever.

The property is run down, poor attepts to remodel the property appear to be taking place. There are bushes totally covering up any view of the pool area. Workers left a lawn mower in the front lobby area to charge.

The building seemed to be undergoing maintenance which is fine, but the hundreds of birds thar lived on the outside wall made a dicey walk back to the car to say the least. However the room was clean and the staff was great so I'd stay again

The hotel was undergoing what appeared to be a major facelift. Corridors were being painted, bare concrete places on floors, and plastic covering the hallways. The room was mostly ok.

Property is under construction so that drives prices down. The lower prices allow a lot of people to stay that I would prefer not leave valuables unattended in the parking lot. Nothing else was available so I had no choice. Front desk was very friendly though.

Location is Great. Staff was friendly and efficient. But, there was too much construction and the building is in very bad condition. The birds nesting on the building poop all over cars and pool area. Booked room for two and only got coffee and towels etc. for one. got handicap room located in the center of the building, making it too difficult to get down for breakfast.

Immediately upon entering the property I felt uncomfortable. The place looks terrible and is in bad condition. The employees were friendly, which made things tolerable. The only reason we stayed is because other properties were booked. The floors, walls, elevator, windows, lamps and furniture were all in bad shape and dirty. The bed was very hard. On the up side, the bedding and towels were clean, the bathroom was clean and breakfast was good. My favorite part of the stay was watching all of the birds and the bird nests with babies that surround the outside of the building on the third floor. So cute!

I booked a room with a balcony. Checking in I was told they didn't have any more but they "gave me a deluxe room with a sleeping couch. for the same price "! Doesn't add value for a single guest. Hotel under renovation but they didn't mention that when I called the day before to confirm my reservation. Worse -- no coffee maker in the room, and the "breakfast" consisted of a waffle maker and various boxed cereals and a couple bagels. Wasn't a pleasant stay booked through Expedia.
