Our stay was pleasant. The first night the pool was closed for maintenance but fixed in time for night two. Breakfast was amazing and the staff were awesome.

Took a quick weekend trip for the casino. This hotel is in a great location. Walking distance from the outlets. Plenty of restaurants near by. Staff was great and informative. Will definitely stay here again.

No free breakfast but that's ok. good coffee in lobby, clean comfy beds....so tired of Hilton's hard beds across chains, only some have soft like this one, and room was clean enough. My only disappoinment is that I did not shower in the massive enclosed glass cube....that would have been awesome....but had to beat the rain out of town.

We were looking for something close for our kids to enjoy an indoor pool and hot tub for New Year’s. We found this one only an hour away last minute. Didn’t do much but got the most out of this one night stay. Kids got to enjoy the pool that was warm enough for them to enjoy from checkin til about 6pm. Went to Applebees 3-4 minutes down the road for dinner. The people were very nice in the area. Didn’t know they offered dinner where kids eat free at the hotel til too late. Ended the night driving the beach where people were popping their own fireworks. Next morning we were able to get breakfast that was made to order and also prepaid for. The breakfast was ok, enough to fill the kids before we headed back home. Room was very clean and comfortable. Area was good no sketchiness. Staff was very friendly. Definitely will be back to unwind and maybe enjoy the bar next time. Also didn’t pay attention to the bar time, which is 4-10pm like dinner. Overall this was a great place to get away and relax.

The evening hotel staff, the ones who do all the work, were AMAZING. The daytime staff refused to help my husband who just had major surgery with using an empty freezer for ice packs, nighttime no issue, daytime with nothing to do but refuse to help a person in need. Also, they purposely raised freezer temp when we used it again at insistence of nighttime staff, making the ice packs useless the next morning. We traveled hundreds of miles to see our son who is based nearby in Air Force and this was the "excellent" service we got from Holiday Inn. All hat aside, the hot tub is iffy. Breakfast is expensive, but filling. There is a Waffle House that you can walk to in parking lot, if want to do that, open 24 hours, of course. Nancy in the dining room is an amazing woman and if you do eat there and get to see her, it is worth it!! Also, if you add breakfast to your stay be sure to put in the exact number of people, because even if they are a child they are considered an adult if over like 10.

The lobby area of the hotel was ok. The staff was nice. However, when I walked in the room, there was a stale, musty odor. I woke up to two dead roaches on the floor. The property appears to be old and in need of renovations. The price is definitely too high for that property. I travel a lot and was disappointed with my stay at the Holiday Inn.

The staff were very friendly and the room was clean. The carpets outside of the 6th floor elevator area could use some attention and a good cleaning. But overall, it was a good nights sleep.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. There were two separate occasions where someone had a key to my room and tried to get in. Security woke me up at 1000pm because they said they didn’t know who was in the room. No one at the front desk seemed to care. Was given manager information and they did not respond.

I come to this hotel about 3 times a year and the least. My family and I would love to come to shop and relax in the 24 hour pool. Unfortunately the pool closes at 10 pm now.this was our main reason for book in g this hotel because of the indoor 24 hour pool. I love it here but this will probably be our last stay. Other than that the hotel is great and the staff is very nice. The bar food is wonderful also.

I love this place, it's a home away from home and i truly hated to leave. The staff and environment is just so homely. I'm not much on traveling, but this place has me wanting to go more often. AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME!!!!!

Our stay was amazing. This place is so clean and check-in was a breeze and the clerk was so attentive to anything we needed. We didn't eat the breakfast because you had to pay with the stay. There isn't a continental breakfast is the only downfall. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The only other issue (maybe) is the rooms are near the train tracks, though we only heard the train once while we stayed there for two days.

I booked room with walk-in shower but that was not what I received. Called desk to inform them I booked walk-in shower not tub and that’s what I wanted but they said didnt have anymore, and that 3rd party site bookings such as Orbitz don’t always give us the correct info when booking which i find very displeasing. There was no bar soap in the room. Tub could use an upgrade or deep cleaning. There was a bug crawling on the wall. Walls are very thin. But overall room itself was decent.

Great hotel, friendly staff, & comfortable beds. The only minor things we found was one of our hotel towels was folded but had not been cleaned, smelled like coffee. There was a piece of toilet paper in drain, and AC worked great but made a noise. As I said, very minor. I would stay hear again!

I will definitely stay here again in a heartbeat! Checkin was a breeze, very friendly staff, the hotel is in a good location, the rooms are super clean and the bebs and pillows are super comfortable! Also the entire establishment has a fresh clean scent! I give my stay a 10 out of 10!
