The front desk staff weren't rude but not overly friendly. The room was clean. The location was convenient. Close to hardy Street. Parking is not the best. Overall good stay.

Hotel in need of serious updates. There are large holes in the carpet on 2nd floor. Paint isn’t same color where maintenance tried to update paint. It looks horrible. I had the fire alarm removed with open wires hanging out. There was a plumbing issue that was repaired in bathroom but never covered back up.

Desperately needs updating, sink didn’t drain shower leaking, thin walls could hear our neighbor snoring all night even with ear plugs. Wanted 100$ in cash as a no smoking deposit that would be returned in 2 weeks and I refused to pay it.

We were in town overnight for a dance convention, and this was very nice place and is right across the road from the convention center. The breakfast was a plus as well. Hotel employees were super nice.

Breakfast was a disappointment, they were out of most stuff and didn’t seem to care about replenishing it as more people came to eat. Had no syrup for waffles. No water pressure in the shower.

Shower leaked, light fixture were rusted, mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, lamp didn’t work and the toilet wasn’t flush properly

The property was fine, stayed on a Friday night, everything was clean. Nothing in the vending machine, coke machine worked fine. Tv would come on, however it seemed to maybe be stuck on the wrong input or something because it was scrambled. Phone also didn’t work in the room, it was late and we didn’t ask but hopefully they would have moved us to another room

The room was okay and it was pretty clean. The carpet was old and had tears and dirt spots. The bathroom was clean. The front desk clerks were not very attentive. Some of the breakfast was gone so had to wait for eggs and sausage to be cooked.

The rooms was okay had a chemical smell to it when we first walked in the room. Beds look just like pictures. Sheets were clean. Bathroom was clean. No complaints there. When I was looking for my earrings. On my check out day. I pulled up the cushion from the chair that was in my room. It was a box of condoms that was left from the previous guess. I was a little upset. I had kids with me on my trip. But that wasn’t as bad as the guy that sits in the front by the desk. He doesn’t speak at all. All he does is stare at you. From the time we checked in til the time we checked out that’s where he would always be sitting at just staring. The breakfast was okay. But most of all it was a good stay. Clean room and bathroom. Overall the motel was clean.

Stayed one quick night on a road trip. Very clean and quiet. Beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The breakfast was good and the staff kept it full. Family run property with very nice staff. We arrived after midnight and the front desk clerk was very friendly and made check in easy and quick!

The room was mostly comfortable albeit needs some updates.. but the toilet was broken and wouldn’t flush unless I manually flushed it by pulling the string inside the tank (gross), there was water left in the tub when I arrived, the foyer light didn’t work, the remote control only worked for changing channels (not volume, mute, power, etc), the tv was not plugged in so initially I thought it was broken.. the air was on full blast but didn’t cool the room enough in my opinion - that might be because of the current heat wave though.. I try to be understanding and it was only one night so I didn’t make it a huge deal but definitely disappointing. When I asked the front desk about a discount or refund they said I’d have to contact hotels.com..

The beds were comfortable and the room quiet. There was a leak from the room above that leaked into our room near the door. The hotel staff tried to come into the room in the middle of the night because they forgot they had rented the room out. They did give up towels to mop up the mess, but did not offer a break in price or much of an apology.

The notepad on the nightstand had been used as a coaster & left for new. The shampoo in the bathroom was 1/2 used. Not sure why the sheets felt used. Not a great experience.

i turned in a maintenance request... The A/C unit was dripping water that caused the carpet to be wet. There seemed to be some mold/mildew growing on the exterior wall near the a/c/ unit.

It was fine for a one night stay, but there was a ton of road noise and a landscaping spotlight shined right in my window. The room had musty smell like maybe the carpet needed to be cleaned. The shower curtain had huge rips in it and the non-slip stuff on the bottom the tub was peeling horribly and kept sticking to my feet. The girl that checked me in was efficient but not very friendly and was dressed sloppily in a graphic tee and hoodie. I would probably not stay here again.

Only 1 of the 4 people working spoke English. They have a new tv provider, but, do not have anything that shows channels. Wanted to pay cash, but, that requires another $100 deposit that’s refunded after your room is inspected. Could here the people in the next room talking thru the wall.
