Spotlessly clean. Room cleaned and made up every day. Fresh towels every day too. Every are is well maintained.
Pool area does not have enough sun loungers. Very limited space to sit at the pool if you don’t get out early enough. Towels left on beds with nobody using them for hours. Luckily beach was very close by but if you were more a pool person I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Location of property was quite good only 10-15 min walk to centre and 5 mins to beach, shop only 2 mins away which was handy and huge shopping centre only 10 mins walk which had everything, apartments were fine, AC worked great, skybar was a nice touch in the property fair prices aswell.
Could do with new sunbeds and more of them, lifts very slow, pool bar closed at 5 which was a bit early, fridge in room didn’t work first day but was sorted very quick when notified reception.

Location was good and price not bad and rooms were cleaned every day. Cleaning staff were nice, friendly and would always say good morning.
The pool looks dirty, most sun beds are worn and dirty looking, the rooms are extremely run down. Flooring needs replaced, outside of the hotel needs painted and maintenance on crumbling render. With the exception of one the reception staff not very pleasant or friendly.
