It’s lovely. The entertainment staff are second to none; the absolute best - we had an amazing holiday and the only thing we would fault is the all inclusive drinks (very watered, one beer available and Malibu pulled after 3 days), no water fountains (queue at the bar for water) and the poor sunbeds (face injury). Other than this- spot on!

The overall stay was fun and great There where part that were really good: The room, staff, wifi, view, aqua park, animation team and mini disco Some that were ok: the food was ok, the adult animation was not enough, missing some music around the park The bad parts were: a lot of add ons (20 Euro t shirts, 5 Euro air tatos, 3.5 ice screams etc) the basic alcohol was poor, the a la carte restaurant was horrible The overall all experience was good and fun But the experience was this is what you get and deal with it

The mattresses were appalling,ive got bruises in me from the springs and had to sleep on the futon from day 3.The mattress was also as hard as nails.

Clean room that was great, the food was TERRIBLE. Pretty much felt like we were in a middle school cafeteria the hotel only offered bottom shelf liquor & cheap cheap wine & local beer. We were there for 8 days & only had 4 drinks total. Don't waste your money Kos town &Tigaki Beach are anout 10 minutes apart.

It was a nice family trip to Greece, as always. Warm weather, nice window views, friendly staff, tasty food were the points we liked. There is no beach in front of the hotel, but after a 15-minute walk you can reach a beautiful sandy Karnagio beach. Many thanks to the staff, in particular to the waiters Amanda and Olga, to the bar keepers Oxana and Varvara, to the driver Marion as well as to the cleaning lady Irina. Special thanks to the general director George, who helped us to solve a couple of issues with our room. You all made our vacation amazing. The only person who in our opinion needs to work on her professionalism and client orientation is the reception manager Anastasia. She definitely could be more friendly to clients. Here are also some points we did not like. We did not like that the disco and noisy events ended only after 23 pm, and it is impossible to hide from these sounds even with the windows closed. No matter where your room is located, these sounds from the speakers at the disco can be heard throughout the hotel. It is also a pity that smoking is allowed in this hotel in the rooms and on the balconies. For us, as non-smokers, it was a challenge to wake up every morning at 6 a.m. because of the smell of tobacco from the next room, where guests smoked non-stop from morning to night.

We very much liked our stay. Recently renovated rooms, it was a nice surprise. Pool area is very cool for kids. Only thing I would recommend to clean more around it (on the grass). Food is very tasty. Kids club is great, very friendly animators.

Overall I would recommend this hotel. Downside for me was the fact that there was not enough staff in the restaurant so we ended up waiting for cutlery and in some cases longer than 5mins making the food get cold. The thing that annoyed me the most was that you order a drink and you finish your entire meal before the drink arrived... This happened at least three times. Although the hotel has a private beach, there is a beautiful, quiet Beach less than 5mins walk called Sandy beach which I highly recommend. The hotel also have a medical room where you can get your Covid test and fit to fly certificate for just €25.

we have had a great vacation at the Labranda hotel The staff was so nice, always smiling. Check in time flexible and even surprising they do their best to give the room asap. They also give you 15 min free spa treatment for your choice. There are 2 main pools, one have 5 water slides for all ages. 2nd pool is a wave pool OMG! my kids never want to leave it. The room size is very large and can be very close to the aqua park (the 1st pool) There are also things to improve: 1. ice cream is in extra charge.(it is hiding in an irrelevant area while booking so we missed it) 2. no sweets for the kids except for the main restaurant. 3. Too small air-conditioner for a large size room 4. Snacks bar has no variety (hot dogs / burger and chips every day) 5. we had ants in the room and the main restaurant floor was sticky (The rest of the place was very clean so it was surprising for us) --- When there are so many hotels with water parks its the little things that make the difference. we haven't decided yet if we will come back next year. I can say the kids want to. and I think that says a lot. But we should take the best decision for the entire family so we will have to do some more thinking, we've been to hotels that may have had fewer water-slides, but also fewer "to improve" points. Yet I want to thank Labranda Marine for the staying - we had fun!

Neither the rooms nor the services belong to a 4 stars category hotel. Basic and oldish fornitures. Bsic and in bad condition bathroom (scotch tape on the shower handle to keep it together, you could not throw the toilet paper in the wc after cleaning yourself but had to put it into the trash bin leaving it there till the next day cleanings). Low quality food at the restaurant, good for bad pubblic canteen.

Great week with family. My son met some friends and he disappears most of the time as he likes with his 10 Years old. And we choice to stay near the adults pool that is moré calm and relaxing. Thanks to all the staff ....all the time smiling and helping. Animation team is unique, helps a lot with the mini club. I just miss some more spanish people around to get in touch. Excelent for french....English....German....Dutch.....ect
