Rooms not ready at 5!pm, Ck in slow but friendly. Clean room, comfortable bed, nice flat screen, quiet. Competitive pricing in casino area. No shuttle service as advertised . Would stay again.

Noisy people in hallway and nearby rooms from 1130-0130. Toilet valve squeals when actuated for flushing.

Good value. It's older but the room was clean and comfortable. One of the 2 queen beds seemed to have seen better days. The mattress sagged a bit and there was a frame bar out of place.

Nice hotel. Great staff. Everything went smoothly checking in and out. Plenty of parking on the weekday I was there. Be aware that all the restaurants and the casino are across the street, not in the hotel. I was traveling on business and was planning to eat in the restaurant I saw online, which I assumed was in the hotel.

Second time using the Ameristar Casino Hotel in Vicksburg. Staff at the desk are great and helpful. My room was impeccable. No issues. I'm a picky person. The room was clean and nicely laid out by the cleaning staff. Bravo!

It was not the room that shows on their website or your website. The jacuzzi only had one working jet. The towel rack was hanging off wall. Shower barely worked and could not get in the safe.

for the price… I’ve seen better places. Big building but sketchy ambiance. Near a casino so, what can you expect!? Shady people around the lobby and the cleanliness of the rooms could be better. Shower drain was clogged. 5/10

When we got in our room and settled in we soon realized that the sink and tub was stopped up. The lady at the desk was nice and without hesitation moved us to a different room. It took a while for the water to get hot. There was some problems with the elevator as well. I only paid $52 so I guess you get what you pay for.

we wanted to stay close to the casino, and chose this location. unfortunately, they do not have a shuttle, so we still had to drive to the casino. room was just ok, nothing special. staff at check in were less than ok. staff at check out were an improvement. nice view of the river. easy access to the interstate.

The hotel wasn't worth the price. The first room the bed was broken, the second room the gave us, wasn't the best. Cigarette burn on blanket, dirty toliet, the refrigerator was warm and 1/4 toliet paper roll.
In the morning they couldn't serve coffee after 10am as their electricity gave out????

First of all, the front desk ladies were very kind and helpful, so this is not a reflection of them at all. The first room we were given was not ready (dirty linens still waded up on the bed, not cleaned etc). The second room smelled SO strongly of cigarettes and floors were dirty. We considered just dealing with it since it’s only one night but then the TV didn’t work either. Luckily the third room they gave us was just fine. It’s definitely an older hotel but the room didn’t stink and was cleaned and in working order.

The room was dusty. The carpet was so dirty my baby’s feet were black. There is no microwave in the room. The bed sounded like it was about the break. I checked out the same night because of my allergies. The lady at the front desk was awesome though!

The from desk charges for making change’s but lies about it. You don’t see the charges until a fews days afterwards.

The entire front desk personally were extremely nice and helpful.Had a disabled daughter with me and all staff members were friendly and accommodating.I am extremely grateful to have stayed there with a great room and great staff all around the place

A little outdated in the room we were staying, but we had been driving all night. We were thankful to be able to find a room available on Thanksgiving. The staff was friendly, and there was fresh hot coffee available in the morning with a variety of flavored creamers. For the price, i was satisfied

Property is run down; needs remodeling. The beds and bathroom were clean but the carpet was only clean in the middle of the floor. All along the baseboards and corners was a large buildup of dust. Door and hallway walls had a lot of damage.

Nice hotel. No breakfast. Plastic shower curtain, really?!! How often does that get cleaned? No shuttle to the casino. Room was nice and staff was great. But won’t stay again.
