Nice , comfortable bed . They clean room daily and change towels

At the check in , when receptionist were busy with me , he let me wait and helped someone else next , although I was first . It was very rude . I was waiting also quite long time to able to order something at restaurant and cafe . Fitness , Wellness area was very very dirty and stinky . They could not find any clean towel to give me , when I wanted to use fitness . Fitness saloon was very very messy and crowded although hotel was not really full . Probably people from out of hotel use there too and they don’t care of there good enough . At breakfast salon they don’t clean tables on time . Shortly there is generally problem in this hotel with service teams .
