Remember you’re on an island so there are certain things that you might have to adjust to, such as minor power outages due to weather or power surges on the island. We experienced a 4hr power outage due to bad weather but the staff were so accommodating and actively working to regain power to the property. Property is being constantly cleaned and sand raked, cleaning services to the room as needed. Beach club closes at 9pm
So the property is quiet in the evening to allow rest . No tv in rooms, AC yes. Beautiful location, your own quiet beach in comparison to other boutique hotels. I’ve stayed here 3 times

Love the hotel, food was delicious, the staff was very helpful, Roxanna and Aurelio made the best drinks! The folks at the front desk gave us the best recommendations to eat locally, and the beach view was amazing! Everywhere is walkable!

The location is perfect, breakfast was very good, rooms and hotel were kept very clean, but the staff were the best part, especially Javia!
