Everything was really great about our stay except the one tv didnt work. Seemed like it was hooked up to an antenna and some channels didnt come in. We did have another in the room so it wasnt a huge deal. Generally the room was very clean and the people were nice. Would stay here again.

Hotel was not well maintained and the staff didn’t care about the guests. They were all eating free breakfast at the breakfast buffet.

Customer service was great. The outside of the hotel and lobby looked nice. But the rooms were VERY outdated. Breakfast was a little disappointing. Honestly speaking, there wasn’t much of selection. Overall it was an okay place to stay.

Pull out couch was not cleaned, personal affects and food debris found. TV did not work, fridge was set too cold, froze my coffee :(

No hot tub, no dvd player in room, no bathroom exhaust van. Website needs updated as it said they had these things they did not. Room wasnt as clean as it should be. Loud neighbors.

We got to the hotel later than expected because we were unable to locate the hotel due to poor directions and not seeing the sign. Once we got to our room I noticed when I looked out the window our room looked out ové the roof or I could look at the driveway into the hotel. Good thing that we got there late means there was no view. It took the heater some time to warm up the room and the water was cold most of the time. About 8:00 am someone started playing very loud music in the driveway which sounded like it was in our room and this went on for about 15 minutes or more. The room was clean but could have used some blankets. I didn't hear anything from anyone from the room on either side of us which was great. I would recommend this as a quiet place to stay.

The overall trip was fine. We pick this hotel because we loved the hot tub they had, but it was paved over. The pool was very very cold. Our fan in the bathroom wasn’t working either . Those are just small things though. The staff was very nice , the bartender seemed inexperienced but she was people friendly. The person checking us in seemed to take a lot of breaks but she was very kind.

Felt very welcomed, however, all night banging on walls and upstairs floors. The loudness kept me up all night. The loudness sounded like more construction before other people staying at hotel.

The bathroom door would not stay shut. I had to put the garbage can in front of it to keep it shut. The water in the bathtub ran out slow. The water was up to my ankle while I was taking a shower. I came down to the dining area for the breakfast that's including in the price of the room 45 minutes before the time for it to end and the tray with the scrambled eggs was empty and it did not look like they were planning to replenish them so I went out for breakfast.

The outsi s e of the frounds and many features inside were great. There were some challenges woth the layiut and structure due to the extreme cold. Also there were some neighbors that did not respect the quiet hours and a securoty staff member that was too busy chatting up guest and getting coffee than walking the floors to make sure quiet hours are being recognized. Structurally the room was not insulated well and the heater aounds like a jet engine taking off when it cycles on in the middle of the night. The cover was falling off the front of the heater as well. Other than those the hotel was great. Good breakfast pancake make, but need better options for the sides. Over microwaved sausage is not good and watery eggs are not apppealing either.

We've been staying at this hotel since it first opened and the location is very convenient for us. However, the rooms need to be updated. The lobby area has been renovated but the rooms are exactly the same as they were 10 years ago. The beds are too soft and the decor outdated.

This was just a one night stay while doing some business in Noblesville, IÑ. I could not have chosen a better hotel. Everything was super clean, the room was very big - loved the separate seating area with desk and TV. The bathroom was spectacular - the glass shower was amazing. There are ample number of nearby places to eat nearby. I would definitely stay here again!!!
