The 2 bedroom suite worked perfect when traveling with my daughter and parents. Plenty of space and privacy. Super comfy beds. Wonderful breakfast, the property is well kept and accommodating. Easy highway access.

Very family friendly. The room is very spacious and clean. It has free parking for hotel guests and complimentary hot breakfast. The only little shortfall in the room is the window curtain. It can hardly block out the light from outside.But we definitely will return to this place.

The property was decent but stayed here because of the pool which was out of service. The floor that we were on was a smoking floor or use to be but no one would admit it, smelled terribly hard to breathe, we have Athsma and the hotel was not sympathetic rather in denial. For the money we paid for what was received felt like a complete rip off

Staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean. The pool area was not clean, the floor was disgusting with algae and cold. The hot tub was out of service. Hotel has the best breakfast and social hour at night, but they need to upgrade their wine, it was horrible.

hotels.com says that there is a shuttle from the airport. There is not, and the hotel does not care that hotels.com says there is. I had to pay $25 for an Uber and no one at the hotel cared.

This complaint/suggestion addresses only the lack of ease settling into our room. To begin with, I couldn't turn on many lights in the room and thought there was an electrical malfunction. When I called the desk they explained it to me. It turns out there is a slot next to the entry door that requires the key card be slid in to activate all the electricity in the rooms. Later, I found the the bedside clocks defaulted back to 12:00 and it took quite awhile to figure out how to re-set it. Also the silverware was incomplete (no forks),and the TV in the living room didn't work I think it's a gross oversight not to have a basic instruction sheet that's left on the coffee table, or maybe the kitchen counter for guests which explains how to address the electricity, explains to look in the dishwasher for clean dishes and to have all all electronics include an instruction sheet and ensure it's checked for proper functioning. Let me say, I think it's brilliant to shut off the electricity when the room is vacant. What an energy saver! But I must have called the front desk 6 times within an hour to get everything set-up properly. I was tired and stressed when I arrived at our room and it was disappointing to have to troubleshoot the moment I was ready to sit down, turn on the TV and relax.

The suite was spacious and fullfilled all oir needs. Breakfast had a variety, but somethings were outdated and bacon tasted different. Omelettes were good though. The staff was very kind. I was disappointed the hot tub wasnt working. Overall a good place.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Brittany went above and beyond to ensure our stay was the perfect get away. She spent the time making sure that I had all my questions answered and followed up with me once I checked in. The room was spacious and comfortable with a kitchen and living room. The breakfast buffet had many choices. I would highly recommend this property!

We love staybridge hotels. It is a very affordable option to accommodate our family. Our kids love that they get their own room and bathroom and it is so nice for my husband and I to get our own room as well. This was our first time at the Everett staybridge. The hotel is definitely a little older (small things like cracked tile in the shower, wear showing on the mouldings and doors) but overall that was no big deal. The two main things that kept the stay from being awesome were 1- we wanted to watch a movie as a family in the living room. The couch had definite seen better days and had a few “stains” and a bit of an odor. and it was a tight squeeze for four people. A slightly larger couch or one more chair would have made it perfect. 2- both our king bed and our daughter’s queen bed had SUPER squeaky mattress springs. Like to the point where the people in the next room or below us could probably hear them. Other than that, our stay was pleasant and breakfast in the morning was great.

The Hotel was clean in hallways and common areas. I got my room key 119 and the door was open when I got to my room strange. The issue was all the dishes were dirty in the dishwasher from the previous person!!! The fridge was beat up so bad dents all over. I did the dishes and put them away. I spoke to the staff and was told they couldn’t do anything for me since I booked with a third party company. Not sure I would ever stay at this Hotel again.

Property is very nice and clean, but the hotel service is just terrible. I asked for housekeeping in the morning but no one came. I asked for fresh towels (at least) in the evening, but no towels were available. I asked for towels the next morning but got them half an hour before check out. Thank you for ruining my trip.

We had a great stay for two nights. The property and rooms were very clean. Staff was wonderful. The only two things I could find negative was 1) The pool room was vert hot. We had to prop door open as it was not enjoyable at all. Glass room and no fans circling the air. 2) the bathroom fan was loud and didnt shut off but we just closed that bathroom door at night. But other than these two things we did enjoy our stay.

We had a great stay here and had exceptional service from all of the staff. The lady at the front desk was amazingly smart and accommodating to us. She remembered our room number whenever we walked up and was able to multi task keeping things miving smoothly with all of her customers.
