Nice and very clean hotel. The main pros are swimming pool, bar, restaurant all available just in the hotel and mainly absolutely professional and willing staff. Thank you Michele!!!

This is a basic comfortable apartment block on the edge of the beautiful village of manerba some 1 mile away fromThe lake (fairly steep slope)The village has a lovely bakery a bank and plenty of cafes and restaurantsOur apartment was large and the views from the balcony looking down on the lake and the mountains were amazingAmple free parkingMichele and his family who run the site were very helpful and friendlyThey run a restaurant and bar by the pool which is well used by the locals and can get quite lively at night that is the only reason for not rating the property a 5 the Italian culture seems to involve late nights so I am sure the Italian holiday makers staying at the property would not have been bothered by this it was a minor inconvenience to us on 2 of the 5 nights we stayed thereThe property is up for sale we hope the new owners are as friendly as the existing ones
