Ideal location for our stay in Aalborg. Room was a good size with a comfortable bed. The lounge area of the hotel had a very relaxed feel & there was a good selection of drinks available, including local beers. We also enjoyed the games room in the basement with the pool table & shuffleboard.

As we are a family of 5 we stayed in the apartment On arrival check in was good and first impressions of the size of the apartment and location were good.
The apartment was really hot when we arrived, a couple of fans were provided but didn't make much difference. The apartment itself was at street level with big windows in all the rooms with only office style blinds for privacy. It felt pretty odd to have people walking past at street level able to see into the rooms. There is a kitchenette that is very small, especially when considering the size of the rest of the apartment. There was a two ring hob, fridge and microwave but there was not enough equipment to properly cook anything there if you had wanted to.
Breakfast was also a disappointment, we didn't eat until 8am so I appreciate this is a busy time but it was a small area for the buffet breakfast and it wasn't a pleasant experience. The options available weren't great either, for what appears to be a family type hotel there weren't many child friendly options.
All in all we were glad we were only staying for one night and we wouldn't look to stay again.
