I arrived early, the parking lot was empty and the less than friendly desk clerk just said check in was at 3 without even looking at the computer and saying we have a room ready. The shower was filthy and there was no hot water, 2 guests in front of me complained and the same unhelpful clerk without even apologizing just said there was nothing she could do and call the manager who was not in.

My stay was very good. The rooms are clean and in good condition. You cannot beat it for the price. Very friendly staff always asking if everything is fine or if you need anything.

This was a very nice property for the price. The rooms are large and well fitted out for both business and casual travel. The bed was comfortable and clean. The room was clean and well maintained. We don't often have the opportunity to stay in Carlisle, but if we do again, we will certainly check for availability here!

Loved it. Very clean, up to date. Comfortable bed. You can easily hear traffic, which did not bother us. Quiet inside hotel though. Heard nothing from neighbors.

Rico at the front desk was very friendly, helpful and efficient getting us checked in. All the staff were very friendly and wonderful!

It was surprising and inconvenient that there were no towel bars in the room and also no alarm clock. I also found it incredible that you have a microwave in EVERY guest room but none in the dining area!!

Second time at this property right off of I-81 in Carlisle, PA. Check in was relatively easy, although the reception was hardly welcoming. I did have our room moved to an even numbered room as I had previously requested. The odd numbered rooms overlook the highway and the road noise may be an issue for some.

Check in was short and sweet. Room was clean. Comfortable beds. Quiet. Breakfast choices of eggs, sausage, hash brown waffles cereal was ready each morning as well as coffee and juices.

Rooms on the interstate side are noisy. Refurbished room we occupied was clean but sparse--no drapes or table. Only one desk chair for seating.

Sadly, there was hair in the tub. Ice bucket was so dirty. I myself work in a busy abnb. I know what it’s like to provide excellence. However, some things just should be expected. Thanks, KT

Room smells like cigarette smoke. Pot smoke in the hall way for three days. Back door to outside propped open continually, even after reporting it. Staff barely acknowledge guests.

Staff was very unwelcoming, didn’t even great you to check in, just a blank stare. After stating I was there to check in woman was rude and said what’s your name… I would not recommend this hotel. Room was mediocre at best, bed hard as a rock, loud traffic right next to a highway, people running and jumping all night long. Could sleep at all.

The room was very comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only downside to our visit was that the shower handle fell off when turning off the water.
