Outstanding location and quality place with lovely rooms. I didn’t get chance to eat breakfast but did eat in the restaurant and that was nice. Staff were very helpful and there’s free limited parking in a secured compound across the road.

Last minute decision to stay in Limerick. Stumbled on this jewel. Only regret is we couldn’t stay longer. No time to enjoy the spa but the bar and breakfast were lovely. The staff was wonderful from the start. We were weary from a very long day. They were gracious and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon. Will recommend to friends and family.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at 1Pery Square. The hotel is tastefully furnished and decorated. The soundproof windows and comfy bed ensured I had a good sleep. The staff, in particular Alessio were very helpful and welcoming. It smells great too - the scent of aromatherapy oils can be detected throughout the hotel.

If you’re planning on staying in Limerick…this is an absolute gem! Adorable boutique hotel with a full day spa. Beautifully appointed throughout. Our room was simply devine. And the breakfast which was included was delicious. Our favorite hotel from our trip starting in Donegal and ending in Cork.

This was the best stay I have ever had! The kindness and hospitality was incredible, and I am so very grateful to every single person I met, they each made me feel safe and comfortable, and happy. This place is a delight, the location is perfect for walking to all areas of the city. The staff were brilliant, nothing was too much trouble and they went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Breakfast was amazing and the rooms very comfortable. Thank you.

Beautiful property! We have been staying in 4stars across Ireland but this definitely was the nicest. Was a real treat to stay here at the end of our trip as we are getting tired and the room was very comfortable with a beautiful tub. Definitely enjoyed our stay.

Truly fantastic!!! The team were totally welcoming - impressive! They were helpful throughout. While I loved Julia - all staff were excellent. The rooms = superb!!!! If you have a choice - pick the Park Room!!! It’s beautiful! We ate in the hotel’s restaurant - equally impressive. Great food - terrific options. It was an unexpected treat!!

The staff was friendly but there was a strong odor in the bedroom and I couldn't believe that there was no coffee in the room . The front desk did bring some up but there really should be a machine in the room. We stayed here because of proximity to Shannon airport so it served that purpose.

Great location. Hotel staff were attentive and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Hotel itself was spotless and decorated to a high standard. Our room was of a good size and the bed was sumptuous. Food in the restaurant was also very good.

Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Only had coffee in the restaurant, so can’t comment on food , but it was a cute space. They were in the process of remodeling a room on the first floor -looks like it might be a fun bar space. Room was a good size , clean and bed was comfortable. Also very quiet. Easy to walk to restaurants, bars, shopping.

We’ve been to Pery three times now and always have an absolutely wonderful stay. The hotel is comprised of beautifully maintained historic buildings in a quiet area in quick walking distance to restaurants and activities. The rooms are beautiful and spacious and the hotel staff are kind and very helpful. We’ll be back!
