Amazing food! Beautiful and CLEAN rooms and amenities. Plenty of activities for the kids! Resorts are all interconnected which creates plenty of space to not be crowded anywhere at one time. Service was very attentive and kind. We will definitely be coming back!

This was a Wow resort! Highly recommend! Beautiful with great food options for our family of 16 ranging from 8 years old to 69 years old. Lots of pool activities, karaoke, theater shows, bingo, trivia, and more. Rooms were huge with large bathroom (tub and shower) and lots of storage space.

CONS
-Food was the same pretty much everywhere you go.
-No music at the beach or pool besides the foam party.
-2+ hours for a walk in restaurant
-Can’t get reservations for restaurants.
-The “vouchers” or “resort credit” are absolutely useless unless you go to the spa or golf, has to be a single item 100 dollar purchase for 25 dollars off. Can’t stack them
-room service never followed any directions/comments, our food was always cold
-really try to sell you on their “time share”
-Not much activity’s
-gotta get up at the butt crack of dawn in order to get a seat at the pool
PROS
- resort was beautiful
-kid loved the splash pad
-the Maya suite was huge
-the main pool was big (no music though and only two bartenders for 40 swim up stools)
-plenty of seating at the beach (couldn’t swim in the ocean as of 5/30/2026)
-golf course beautiful
-their night shows are awesome

-resort was huge so near impossible to see everything in a week.
Overall, I’d try out a different resort next time.
