Good place 10 min to mountain , good breakfast . Bit noisy by route 1

Room was nicely redone. However, the sofa bed is so uncomfortable. Its like sleeping directly on springs. There was no bedding for it. We received the last bed in a bag from the front desk and it was dirty with dried on food on the blanket. You could hear everyone talking in the hallway, and people stomping above you. Breakfast was decent.

Very clean rooms. Did not have shuttle service despite Expedia advertising it. Under renovations.

I arrived after a long flight, room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The lady who checked me in was very friendly and helpful.

They give me room with noisy and there heating system in the room was too noisy worst stay . Heating system was going on off and every 10 min it start making loud noise . I already notify them when I was checking out . The room was near dumpster . Early morning garbage truck was making noise . What a room .

Staff were great, hotel was clean, and even though they were doing Reno’s, it was quiet and clean. One thing I was disappointed in was they change their breakfast dishes and cutlery from real to paper plates and wood cutlery.

In full renovation mode. Drywall sanding - dusty and noisy. Kids making noise all night in rooms and hallway. Front desk non responsive to calls.

We had one of the renovated rooms, was very nice. Hotel was undergoing renovations so there were a lot of construction workers around the hotel. It was still quite clean though

Hotel management is doing some updates , but those are just to give filling that hotel looks nice. Instead , they need to update windows, especially on rooms looking at highway , since noise that is coming from every passing vehicle is very loud, especially when large trucks drive by. And they drive all night long. Do not recommend booking the room on that side hotel until windows are replaced with newer better sound proofing type.
Even the rooms looks nice, good size, newer furniture and mattresses , but pillows are to small. Bathroom also looks nice, but toilet bowl is very, very low, almost kids size.
But the worst thing in this room was heating unit. When unit kicks in , on heating mode, at first for several minutes it blows cold air, and than hot air. And on top of all it is so loud, so it is impossible to have it on and try to sleep.

Wi-Fi didn’t work and I was told I needed to call technical support to fix it. Thought that was odd.

Our room was renovated nicely. Beds very comfortable and sofa bed decent too. Breakfast decent. Nice big hot tub, small pool but great with the water slide.

Family friendly. Clean, comfortable rooms and a solid hot breakfast! Also a convenient online check-in. Likely to stay again.

The hotel was just what we were looking for. We knew it had no restaurant.
We were central to all our needs.

The room was very comfortable and clean and we enjoyed it. The hallway however was not clean and very noisy including barking dogs at 6am! Please clean up the hallways and put pets on specific floors would be my suggestion.

Of paint and debris in hall. Breakfast opened late and food was limited with very poor selection.

Comfortable place to stay near the mall and restaurants for a girls getaway. Nice little seating area in the room to rest and recover from a full day of shopping without having to pay in bed to watch tv. Good continental breakfast included with our stay.

Hotel is currently undergoing some renovations. Wasn't too disruptive during our stay however. The room we had was recently renovated and very well done. Spacious, clean, comfortable. The biggest con of this property was the lack of soundproofing however. All sounds slip between the door, coming in and out. Also - some additional dairy-free and/or gluten-free options at breakfast would be nice.

The room was big and spacious and so comfy.
We arrived late (delayed flight) and repeatedly tried to pick up the phone to be let in. The fellow just continued restocked their commissary despite there being an open window to the front desk where the phone was ringing (I’m sure he heard it because we could).
Finally a guest that was returning let us in.
The breakfast was nice - again a big spacious room.
A lot of work being done at the hotel, I’m guessing it was never finished? The hammering started at 6:45 am or so.
I did let someone know about our issues of getting in and her response was “he is our best night auditor”.
I would stay again.

The room was gorgeous and the bedding / pillows were extremely comfortable . Rooms were quiet . The pool was a hit. Only thing we didn’t “like” was there was never any towels at the pool , so bring your own from the room down . Also, the continental wasn’t our favourite , but it did the job!

The property was under construction, but that was stated at check in, but not on Expedia. Our room had been newly renovated, so it was amazing, and at a very good price. My only complaint is noise insulation. We could hear the TV and conversations from the room across the hallway, with both doors closed.
Blue Tail sushi, 2 minute walk away was delicious!!

Hair in the shower, stain on pillow case. There was a baby screaming upstairs all night and loud stomping and banging. Soup proofing is no good. You can hear everything from the hallway and my room was in front of the elevator.

Had a very pleasurable stay with comfort inn. Very accommodating as we had to extend our stay due to medical appointments .
The room is huge and clean and they were great with our dog we had to bring with us.

We had a great time during our stay here. The only thing I had an issue with was that they had sausage every single day for breakfast, some bacon would have been nice. But besides that everything at the hotel was really great.

The staff was excellent, we got a newly renovated room but the new desk chair swivel broke sending my husband backwards into the fridge cupboard, hitting the back of his head on the corner. The chair was brand new. I reported it to the front desk and they were concerned for him. The operations manager was excellent and reported the issue with the chair immediately to the owners. Because we had booked the room through Expedia she could not compensate us the stay directly but gave us credits through their Choice rewards program. Our concern was the quality of the chair and to avoid anyone else to have the same experience and get hurt. The hotel itself was clean, quiet and breakfast was good. Parking space on the weekend was a little short. We would stay again.
