The staff were outstanding. Top of the line customer service including registration, housekeeping, the restaurant, and beach services. Housekeeping came twice a day. The pool water was cold if the pool had a warmer, people would swim. The beach water was cold so make sure you pick the right time of the year, May is not it. The amenities on the website are misleading. There’s no spa on site. This was disappointing. Amenities includes the pool and beachfront only. No activities for entertainment. It appeared to be all inclusive on the website while booking but the only thing you get is breakfast which is limited. There’s only one restaurant but website stated multiple restaurants. I want to reiterate that the staff were amazing.

Clean room twice per day, shuttles down to main building, very nice staff, walkable to downtown Mykonos and Skandinavian bar + other POI’s. Arrange transport to and from port/airport. The breakfast is also amazing.

Love this hotel, it is beautiful and the staff are super friendly and helpful! They have a great pool and private beach area. The location is close to old town and helpful to get around the island! I highly recommend Mykonos Bay!
