Great quaility stay and customer service at Front Desk. The breakfast was fantastic hopeful that the quality stays the same. Rooms were spacious and well kept.

The rooms were laid out well. The staff was exceptional except for a very late limo driver that took over 2 1/2 hours to reach us at the Naples train station.
Staff was very nice and helpful with bags check out, etc. which was important because the stairs leading to the room suites.

Very clean place! Had a wonderful stay. Hosts were very friendly and helped us with our luggage. Breakfast was awesome and served very formally! They held our luggage for free for about 8 hours after we checked out!
