This place is the best! You have to get a cabana if you can afford! The front staff, the room cleaners, the restaurant staff, the massage people, and the morning omelet chef - everyone was friendly and gave great service.

We feel right at home here. The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Everything is conveniently close by, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. We are already looking forward to returning soon with our entire family.

A little black mold but they took care of. Also the hot tub does not get hot, only cold jetted tub, even though it says they have a hot tub. This might be lost in translation since they call a hot tub a banheira de hidromassagem, which doesn't have the word hot (quiente) in it. Instead they do have a heated (warm) pool. Rest of the property is great, restaurant is great, breakfast is great, and staff is great.
