The room was comfortable and the bed was great! I just needed a place to crash while visiting a cousin in town. Parking was not a problem. Lots of food places nearby.

Service was good, there were carts in the front to help carry baggage which were very appreciated! The rooms weren’t the cleanest. The sofa had multiple stains and the towels in the bathroom although clean had stains as well.

The front desk people were very friendly. Breakfast was average for a continental breakfast so no complaints. Our room was comfortable (2 queens) but the bathroom floors/walls could have used a deep clean, as well as the one sitting chair in the room (several stains). The kids enjoyed the pool but the hotel is advertised as having a hot tub - which it does not. Overall though - it was a comfortable stay for 1 night and we would return again.

My hotel reservation could not be pulled up as they somehow could not find it even though I had my own itinerary number showing my reservation through hotels.com. The rooms were all booked so I was out of luck for the night.

We had a great stay! We are traveling across country and really appreciate being able to stay in safe, clean and comfortable place that allows our 2 dogs. Breakfast is a huge plus because we like to be on the road as fast as possible. They had us in a room closest to the door which was great for us.

Dirty, had to change rooms 4 times before having a decent room. Phone did not work and not even plugged in and no where to plug it in. The floor was horrible and gross. The rooms we went in at first had food on the blanket, btw they dont clean blanket every time..gross. then someone threw up on the curtins and had holes in the curtains. Mold in the picture frames, just so much. Never will i go here again. I will stay with holiday inn or Hampton.

Very clean, we had a puppy with us so im sure we were put in a "pet friendly" where other pet owners and their animlas stayed in, and the was no trace of pet urine or waste smell when we got here. Very clean very comfortable, bed were a little more on the firm side and i would ask for extra pillows next time. But overall it was a very pleasant stay. The front desk people were amazing, kind, and very helpful! When bringing a pet a 100$ deposit is required during check in.

Upon arrival we realized it was under construction which is not a problem the guy at the front desk was very helpful gave us our Keys and we proceed to our rooms we checked one and it was okay checked the other one and to our surprise there was 3 men in there so we went back to the front desk and he said that there was not supposed to be any one in it. So what had happened the people from the night before we’re staying for free !! So he got us new rooms and we went to those and there WERE not cleaned very well at all was contractor dust over EVERYTHING beds included and one of the lamps was broken and was about to fall apart And the only reason we stayed was because it was my wife had surgery the next morning and had no choice so over all WOULD NOT do it again!

We were late arrive, and the desk clerk was cheerful as if first thing in the morning... and confirmed my special request for a late checkout. I slept well. My favorite part of this stay was my morning shower. Many times hotels have weird shower heads or low water pressure that takes forever to wash my long hair. My room was perfect and the lobby was very nicely done. My only suggesting is the floor at the 2nd floor elevator lobby was uneven or warped and the carpet texture/shade hid that. It is a potential to trip someone who may shuffle or use a walker.

MSK PD around the corner of the tub. Complained to staff, they wrote a work order. Sink was cracked. Showed staff a picture on my phone. Otherwise under renovation.

I tried calling the front desk a couple of times and no one would answer. The toilet seat was loose which was frustrating. The place was clean. I know it was Thanksgiving weekend and staff was limited but it would have been nice to have someone at least get our trash.

I’ve stayed here a couple of other times without many issues. However, this stay was very disappointing. When we arrived in our room, the bed headboard was filthy, the night stands and floors had dog hair on them. The shower water wasn’t hot either. The front desk attendant was kind in trying to accommodate us, but we were highly disappointed in the condition of our room.

Room cleanliness was so so. Cleanliness of the hallways and stairwells was terrible. Looked like they hadn't vacuumed in a week or two. We were actually originally given a room that was already occupied! It was a great reminder to use the extra lock on the door. Quite a surprise when we opened the door and there was someone else's belongings there.

The property was well-lit. It needed some help in the cleaning area. The man at the front desk was amazing! We ended up coming twice in one weekend and he remembered our names! Very impressive - Unfortunately, I can't remember his name:( but he was a young man in college.

Friendly staff. The room was absolutely gross. White stuff clearly on the blanket,crumbs on the nightstands and you could tell nothing was wiped down anywhere including t.v. stands. The toilet had urine or feces and hair on it, hair in the sink, toothpaste on it. The faucets in the king suite were so loose they almost came off when turning on, it smelt horrible,floors were dirty, and there was a hanger chilling on the floor. Thoroughly disappointed and will never stay there again.
