This hotel is in a very convenient location. I am a female traveler and I felt safe to walk alone, day and night. The staff is very helpful and responsive via email. They arranged for my pickup from the airport via private shuttle/water taxi and drop off was a 3-5 minute walk from the hotel. There is an elevator, nice A/C, very clean and comfortable room. I will stay again.

From our arrival at the hotel our stay was perfect! We were greeted with a smile and a glass of Prosecco to celebrate my husband’s birthday. The room was airy and spotlessly clean, with two tall windows onto the street.
The hotel is near to restaurants and shops, but really quiet at night. It’s also within easy walk of all the sights, museums and churches. I would recommend a stay, and would definitely return to Venice and this hotel.

First, in Venice, you need to be prepared to not have the nicest finishes or a luxurious hotel room. This is an ancient city full of centuries old buildings that have been renovated many times over.
This hotel does not have any food services, but there are dozens of options nearby and throughout the city. Just be prepared to walk a lot, as Venetians do.
Popular areas and the streets that connect them can be very busy at the best of times. Planning your return to the train or bus station at the end of your stay is important so that you leave enough time to wait for public boat system, which can quickly become overwhelmed, forcing you to wait up to an hour to board a vaporetto that takes you to the trainer bus station. Four groups of four or more, the water taxi service is much easier, especially with bulky suitcases.
This hotel has a very convenient system using WhatsApp to communicate with hotel staff. Service was prompt to our room when we needed something, and the attendants were very gracious.
Our room was on the top floor, which became very warm from morning and afternoon sunshine. Air-conditioning wasn’t great in our room mainly because of the number of windows we had.
Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay. Beds were comfortable, the price was reasonable, and the location was about a 10 minute walk from the vaporetto stop.
