Location is good if you're travelling between Lisbon and the Algarve like we were. Free parking. Staff are friendly and hardworking.
The breakfast was ok although the scrambled eggs were a bit cold and the coffee machines were not working properly.

All my friends stayed at your hotel for the horse event. So was very convenient.
Breakfast was nice
Little bit dated and ambiance plain and very business like. Not exciting place to be.
Shower had only cold water. And very low
Pressure. No amenities. Bring your own if you go.

Location is great
If you have kids play room next to resturant is a good idea

Water pressure is good.
Advertised as 4 star, and it is not. Closer to two star, run down and tv didnt work in the rooms so we rang up with the old was white, now yellowed phone in the room, and they said all the tvs were broken currently. Staff said on email there were vegan options for breakfast but these were not good - just ate somewhere else on the second morning.
First morning for breakfast there were no tables free so we and others ate on a sofa.
The bath was so old when you stood in the middle of it for a shower it dipped.
As a 30 year old man, xould not open the doors for the little outdoor area - door was so broken and stiff
All in all, if you're looking for somewhere to have a base from, great location. If you're looking for a nice hotel that removes hassle, this isn't it. Its functional (somewhat), and thats it.
Really disappointed as thought I was booking a nice hotel for my partners birthday.
