Room wasn’t absolute ocean view like what we booked and paid for - that was disappointing and poor value for money.
Kitten has been updated but the rest of the apartment we stayed in was dated and pretty dusty and didn’t feel like it had been cleaned well.
We also had no towels on arrival, asked for some and they didn’t get delivered to the apartment so had to then Call after hours line to get this organised again.
Location and pool were a big hit.
Might book again on day, but directly through hotel so we can ask about and pick the room that we actually pay for.
