I was so disappointed to find there was NO MICROWAVE in my room! EVERY other hotel I’ve stayed in had a microwave in it which makes it very convenient!

We had a quick, one night stay for a softball tournament. The outside was very clean, and landscaped nicely. Inside was just as clean. Our room was very spacious. My daughter didn't think the bed was comfortable, but I thought it was fine. Great water pressure in the shower. I would definitely stay here again. My only complaint is the elevators sounded like they were going to break down. Almost like an old roller coaster.

Good location and affordable stay! The layout of the room we were in is a little odd, but it was just for one night. The bed is not the best, but again.. fine for one night. We were also right across from an ice machine which was a little noisy.

Everything was wonderful, except for the entrance door. It did not close all the way, it was kind of loose, and it did not feel safe because of that. Also, the light in the bathroom was very flickery, it tood a long time for it to go on.

I selected this hotel based on ratings and reviews. The bathroom had a dirty towel in it and there was wet spots on the carpet so it just felt like it wasn’t cleaned.

I didn’t like that someone came in the room while I was sleeping than my pillow had a spot on it. There were spiderwebs in the room and I was near the back door but the access turns off after a certain time and walked around to the front w my hands full. Overall it was a quiet stay but I wouldn’t go back again.

The room was good only downside is not having microwaves in rooms had to go to the lobby to warm up the food and the internet is okay it kept disconnecting and we asked to have our sheets changed when we have been there for 5 days and nobody came to change them but otherwise everything was good front staff was nice and didn’t have any issues breakfast was decent and everything is close the mall, restaurants and more

Nice spot, close to lots of food options. Bed was not comfortable and felt unstable, terrible pillows. Elevator was noisy and we could hear & feel equipment vibrating behind or underneath the hotel room. Wasn’t the best stay in terms of sleep quality but wasn’t the worse either

Our light didn’t work in the bathroom and when I called the front desk they didn’t seem like they wanted to help. Even after maintenance replaced the bulb it wasn’t staying on. Breakfast was also very poor. Not a lot of options even for a Saturday.

The staff here were very welcoming and helpful. The nice woman who checked us in was delightful. When we needed an extra blanket they assisted us without delay. The hotel is in a lovely area with a great view of the adjacent lake. Will be staying here again in the future.

We love staying here as all of the staff is so friendly. However, this 4-day trip was greatly affected by broken elevators. Only 1 of 3 was working and we were on the 9th floor.

Hotel was extremely noisy. Kids running around late at night waking me up. Only one elevator was working and hotel was booked. Starbucks didn’t open until 3pm & entire place has declined since last year. Will never stay here again

Overall, a good stay and comfortable rooms. It was also easily accessible to many amenities in Sugar Land. Some of the hotel could use updates, such as the elevator, which had some odd sounds, but still safe.

The hallway smelled terrible, like marijuana. The rest of the hotel smelled fine. We were tired and hungry when we arrive at 7pm. We tried to eat at the hotel restaurant but it was closed for the evening. At breakfast there we no plates, only bowls. The shower head was terrible, very low pressure.

The only thing I didn’t like was when my key card stopped working, but the staff was extremely nice and they fixed it right away. I literally have zero complains will be booking again.
