Nice clean room and large. Only issue was no lift to the floors and the shower was poor.

The owner was so lovely, he himself came and picked us up at 12:00 am and waited for nearly an hour for us as he could not arrange pickup. The apartment was clean, centrally located and had the basic amenities. The tram station is 1 min away, so really helped in getting around.

Great location in the old town! Beautifully decorated, extremely clean apartment. It was good to have a little kitchenette and a very quiet environment, facing a courtyard. Note that the address you first come to is where you pick up your keys and not where you are staying. That confused me a bit, as I was bringing many suitcases from the train station. But once I understood that the apartment was wonderful and worked perfectly for me.

The apartment was perfect and exactly what I was hoping for and expecting. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The next time I am in Krakow, I will definitely book an apartment with P&J.
