We had a wonderful week-long stay at Living Hotel Das Viktualienmarkt. The location is excellent—within walking distance of many of Munich's top attractions, as well as numerous great restaurants, and cafés.
One of the biggest advantages is the convenient access to public transportation. The hotel is just a block from a streetcar stop, making it easy to reach the train station, access car rental locations, and explore other parts of the city.
The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They even assisted me with setting up the MVV public transportation app, which made it easy for us to purchase day passes and navigate the city.
We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend them to anyone visiting Munich.

This hotel is a great location for exploring Old Town on foot and located right across from the fun Viktualienmarkt with lots of food vendors. The single business rooms are small and pretty bare bones but clean and adequate after busy days of sightseeing. The buffet breakfast was very good with good variety. The staff was helpful. The narrow hall of mirrors from the lobby to many of the rooms is disconcerting!

As always when staying here the staff are amazing, nothing is too much trouble for them. Kind thoughtful and attentive. The hotel is ideally situated for exploring Munich. I have not eaten in the restaurant but the breakfast is more than adequate.
