WLAN war gut, Matratzen waren u.E. gut.
Wir hatten uns verbucht - wollten an sich ins Motel One Sendlinger Tor - und sind daher im Hotel Sendlinger Tor gelandet. Leider. Sehr kleine Zimmer mit einer aufbrauchten Einrichtung. Man kann sich um Zimmer kaum bewegen, keine Ablagemöglichkeitem, keine Steckdosen an den Betten. Das Bad uralt und mit schlechter Ausstattung. Es ist dringend ein Relaunch erforderlich.
Alles in allem u.E. miserabel, bis auf die Lage und das WLAN. Wir sind nur geblieben, weil vorab von der Kreditkarte abgebucht war und ich keine Lust auf Diskussionen hatte.
Auch das Personal ist nicht sehr freundlich. Der Mitarbeiter bei der Abreise war nicht in der Lage - odet nicht willens - die Rechnung auszudrucken. Die musste dann per Mail anagefordert werden, obwohl Zusendung zugesagt war.

very noisy the rooms have no sound proofing and could hear everything in next rooms and in corridors, people coming in late, and talking, and leaving early. Also the front door was always left open at night when coming in late as a single female it was concerning that the front door was not locked.

La ubicación es excelente, a 10 min de la plaza principal. Además nos dieron una habitación para 4 personas aunque sólo éramos 2, asique había mucho es pacio.
Se nota que están actualizando poco a poco el hotel, asique hay partes que todavía están un poco viejitas, como por ejemplo los baños.

The location is good
The rooms don't look like the photos, so that's a first disappointment. The walls are really thin, so we were listening to people fighting in the room next to us. We could also hear everyone who was arriving with the elevator being drunk during the night.

Zimmerreinigung wurde "nur auf Anforderung" angeboten; Blutflecken auf der Matratze schimmerten durchs Bettlaken (das geht einfach nicht!); Sitzmöbel dreckig (Krümel auf der Sitzfläche), Dusche auch nicht wirklich sauber (Haare v. Vorbewohner/in gefunden), Verpackungsmüll auf Badezimmer-Heizkörper (v. Vorbewohner/in); kein Frühstück.

Die Lage ist sehr Zentral und direkt an der U-Bahn.
Der Drücker der Toilettenspülung war gebrochen und ist gleich beim ersten mal Spülen in Klo gefallen.
Es gab keine Gardinen, somit konnte man sich von der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite von Schülern beobachten lassen oder im dunklen sitzen bei Kunstlicht.
Der Duschvorhang war so lang, dass er den Abfluss in der Dusche verdeckte und man fast knöcheltief im Grauwasser stand.
Insgesamt wirkt das Interieur veraltet und improvisiert.

It is very cheap in a good location. You're a 10-15 minute walk from virtually all of the main tourist sights, though the hbf is 15-20 minutes by foot. That said, the place is a 4 minute walk from the sendlieger tor ubahn stop which will get you just about everywhere you want to go.
The staff was extremely friendly and I was able to check in early.
The bathroom is extremely small, and a very strange thing with the shower is that the hot water valve was INCREDIBLY hot such that I had to ensure that I avoided accidently touching it while in a tiny shower. Like it is dangerously hot. That is my main gripe. The bed was comfortable enough and you can't expect a huge room at the price. Only other thing is that a mini fridge would be nice, but this is less of a concern.

Das in Jahre gekommene Hotel ist überhaupt nicht zu empfehlen. Allein die Lage macht leider nicht alle Mängel wett. Von Empfangs(Theke) bis Treppenhaus, Flure mit alten abgewälzten Teppichen war leider nicht einladend. Das Zimmer weniger als zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das Bett ist alt und durchgelegen, am gepolstertem Kopfende waren Fuseln und Haare. Nur eine Steckdose! Das Badezimmer ist der Ort des Grauens. Schmutzige Toilette( braune Rostspuren im Klo sind ekelhaft!)
Der Duschvorhang war nicht sauber ( unten dunkle Flecken), selbst der Spender für Seife war mit angetrockneten Seifenresten bedeckt, die Fugen zwischen den Fliesen verdreckt und weisen Schimmel auf.
Dieses Hotel werde ich niemanden empfehlen!

The room was small and with no aircon very hot at night. The shower was very small with the whole bathroom needing a really good deep clean. Mattress was stained.

The Staff were friendly, helpful, very polite and made us feel very welcome, all spoke very good English.
The location is perfect, close to city but still quiet around the hotel, all at a reasonable price! We will booking again next year for Oktoberfest for sure and I would highly recommend to everyone!
The only negative is that the WiFi in the rooms was a little patchy at times.

This is a wonderful hotel in the heart of the city, just a couple of minutes from Asamkirche and pretty close to the central railway station.
There's a vietnamese restaurant in the same building around the corner that works until 10pm. And lots of other coffee shops too.
Overall, I highly recommend it 👍
P.S. I like those lamps by the bed with warm light that you can dim

I enjoyed my stay here. Really comfortable bed, well furnished and appointed room, good location - both central and with excellent public transport connections, friendly staff. There was one thing I really liked very much: When I left my suitcase at the reception for a few hours after check-out, they labelled my luggage, stored this in a place which is only accessible for staff and handed the suitcase back to me according to the label and my description (as opposed to just giving access to a storage room with other people's stuff - and other people having uncontrolled access as well- in other places).
The only thing I disliked was the fact, that there was no light switch in toilet, but the all too bright light went on automatically when I needed to use the room in the middle of the night - had trouble falling asleep due to its unwanted awakening effect.

The bed was comfortable, that was about the only thing we liked.
We booked this hotel because of the location but closer to the date of our arrival we were told that the hotel was closed and they moved us to another hotel (1km away). The other hotel (hotel Gio) was noisy (people walking around talking in the night in the hallway and the walls are very thin, and construction noise early in the morning) the breakfast was an additional cost (and expensive - 17 euro per person! If you eat a lot for breakfast it may be worth it, or if not there is a cute little bakery down the street where we are breakfast for less than 10 euro for two people). All in all, we were not impressed with hotel Sendlinger tor (if they aren’t open they should not accept bookings) nor with Hotel Gio, where they moved us to.
