The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Breakfast had a good selection. Location was close to old town and to public transportation. Close to a grocery type store for supplies. No safe in the room and small bar fridge was not as cold as we would have liked.
Staff hospitality could use some improvement.

Overall, a good hotel and good value for money. Breakfast is good, except for the powdered eggs. Rooms are generally good, although the seals on the floor of my shower door leaked so as soon as I turned on the shower the entire bathroom would flood so I needed to block the seal with towels. The bed was good, black out curtains and relatively sound proofed depending on which side if the building you are. Relatively close to the train station and the old town. Some staff were very helpful and easy to deal with, others were quite cold.

We arrived at the Hbf and it was about a 15-minute walk. The area felt safe.
