Bad service, outdated hotel, a/c does not work properly in rooms, drinks are BAD, pool and recreational areas are not in good condition.

The food quality in the Italian restaurant is low. The portion is too small. In the Mexican restaurant the portion was very small and the flavour was far away of a good Mexican food.

Would absolutely recommend! 10/10 ….. The infinity pools and the well kept grounds and crystal clear pools were amazing….Food was readily available and there weren’t long lines. Very little trash as everything is reusable ie.. plates, cups,glasses,utensils…The activities around the pool were lots of fun, we appreciated, Diego, Fernanda and Jaime, they were so energetic and a blast …. We stayed in a swimmout room for the first time and it will certainly not be our last time! The only couple suggestions I have, I don’t even want to call them negatives just ideas…….. maybe some karaoke around the pool area n the evenings, or comedians….. add a couple stairways into the main pool as it is harder to climb n and out on ladders for us older folks….. I would’ve appreciated the resort sending a shuttle to pick us up at the airport, I booked a private transport separately and it was a bit pricey

The food and the amenities were all spectacular. The staff is so friendly and they worked so hard to make it a special trip. The pool and the beach access were breathtaking. Minus the sales pitch they tried to give us at check-in there was nothing I would change about the trip.

Nice hotel but lacking areas to relax and enjoy a drink after the dining areas close. Drinks were a mixed bag depending on who made them - no consistency. Couldn’t use hairdryer without throwing breaker leaving us with no a/c - they were quick to resolve the issue - but a major inconvenience. Shout out to Alex in entertainment he was very personable and went out of his way to make sure our group were having a good time!!

This property was such a wonderful experience! From arrival, the staff was kind and willing to help with anything! When there was an issue, the front desk was receptive and offered a solution within the hour.

This was my first time leaving America and I was very impressed with the level of service at the resort - I felt extremely safe the entire time. The service by all the bartenders and waitresses was great! The maid service was excellent as well. My one complaint is that some of the food at the buffet restaurant was at times cold - but maybe we just had bad timing. Room Service was great - and generally only took about 35-40 minutes to receive orders.

We loved everything about this resort! The staff was friendly, and always very helpful! Fredy and Sergio we absolutely wonderful! They worked the adult pool bar and WOW they went above and beyond for everyone there. They definitely deserve a raise! The rooms were very clean and the housekeepers were so sweet! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Overall a great experience for all 8 of us. Food was great other than late night room service. Sergio at the swim up bar was THE BEST! There were a few instances we were disappointed in. A guest vomited at the pool and it took a long time to clean up. One staff member stepped in it and rinsed his foot off in the pool. We had to put a lounge chair over the area so no one else walked through and the staff walked away after calling cleaning crew. Also, two members of our group had a difficult time checking out, but I think the person was newer and didn’t know exact protocol. Again, the entire duration of our stay was great overall and we would go back.

We were family with little children ( age 6 months and 2years). The first room we were given was outdated with broken bathtub. However, we were upgraded to a very nice room with updated bathroom. The staff was very nice and prompt to respond to our requests. The management kept checking with us during the first couple of days to make sure that things are to our liking.

Nothing special for the $$& we paid. Boring facility. Huge dancing area was empty every night. EVERYTHING was additional charge. The racquets we borrowed for tennis were warped and we had to retape them to protect ourselves. Coffee maker and hair dryer did not work. We will not return. Also the information expedia gave us was incorrect. Transportation was NOT AVAILABLE FROM THE airport.

This is a terrible property. Avoid it like the plague. 1. Broken fridge 2. cloggy sink 3. Run down amenities 4. Very rude staff 5. Terrible food

Food was good but you have to make reservations as soon as you check in. great pools, kids had a great time. Most staff were great. Beach had a fair amount of seaweed. Check in process was painful and long.

The rooms are outdated. We had them move us twice only to be disappointed. Once the manager got involved we did get a free upgrade to an updated suite which honestly should have been given from the beginning. Once we settled the resort itself is very nice and the staff/servers are very attentive. We booked this resort due to the reviews and it being a 4 star but I would say more like 3 star. I can say I will not be staying here again. It's a one and done for me.

Wonderful week spent here with my husband and 16 month old. Pools and beach were beautiful, food was really good and staff went above and beyond to make our stay as relaxing as possible. Would highly recommend as a vacation destination to anyone with littles!

We stayed 2 nights here in this restaurant. At the check in they offer you free massage and tour of facility. They take your valuable 2 hours and talk about the membership program they have. Most of the people checking in are not aware of this practice. The buffet restaurants is better than other resort I visited. you can leave your kids in kids sections and they take good care of them. Those 2 hours are really waste of the time..

Very poor service. Anytime I asked for anything, it was a no, until I would give a lot of push back. Then it would end up happening in the end. This hotel is not service oriented . The rooms are very worn. Anytime any food was left out, it was covered in bugs. I wasn’t able to check into my room until 7pm I arrived at 1 pm. It was terrible.
