This was an amazing trip. The desk staff was awesome they even gave my girlfriend who I was there to meet some cookies as a gift from. They went above and beyond. The rooms are gorgeous and comfortable. The shower was magnificent. Will stay there every time I stay overnight.

Really good place to stay downtown. Lot of food options and other shops within walking distance. Didn't care for paided parking but everyone charges downtown for parking. Would definitely stay hear again. Worth the extra we paid over other properties.

We stayed here during the ice storm, as we didn’t have power in our house. Everything was super clean and comfortable. Hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating.

This is our 2nd stay at Inn on 5th; we returned because we enjoyed it so much the previous time. We liked our room better this time because with 2 queen beds there was more space, the bathroom had a better layout and we had a small balcony. The staff are exceptional and the location is ideal with great restaurants and shops within walking distance.

Check in was at 3. I let them know in advance that I would be there at 4:30. When we arrived we were told we would have to wait in the lobby for an hour to have our room cleaned. We waited over an hour along with the other guests who were trying to check in. We were late to the Christmas party. We were not offered an upgrade. They said because I booked through Expedia. No offer of a discount or anything. This was a splurge for me as it is a high end hotel and it was very disappointing.

This hotel is very conveniently located surrounded by shops and restaurants in a safe walkable area. The hotel staff were were extremely helpful and accommodating when recommending restaurants and have a free shuttle to the airport which to my surprise was a nice 4 luxury vehicle and not a shuttle bus. The hotel is also pet friendly. The fireplace in the room made my stay especially comfy.

We have stayed here in the past and it was always wonderful. This stay however was not the greatest. Tv flickered on and off. Could really hear the noise above us. It also seems the hotel could use a little freshening up.

My only disapointment is the $20 mandatory fee for my car. I tipped the guys doing the service $5 every time they got my car which is fine.

Eugene is a small town with a big city "vibe". Boutique hotels offer a friendlier experience. My complaint regarding this hotel is the restaurant "Marche" the customer service and the food were disappointing. The cost of the food exceeded the quality, presentation, flavor and knowledge of preperation The customer service at "Marche" was very indifferent and blah.

Overall at really good hotel. Staff were attentive, food choices nearby were great. A lot of homeless in the surrounding community but this issue is prevalent throughout Eugene. Very nice to have bikes to access the great bike trail system and to easily travel to nearby activities.

My wife and I were blown away and the service! Valet for your car, free snacks to take to your room, free wine, great location, great shopping. There was always a few people at the front desk to help with anything. If you stay here be prepared for the best staff and service you have probably ever experienced from a hotel. I was not expected this but it was so good Im writing a review!!

The staff was amazing and helpful. The glass on the room in the shower was gross. There were fingerprints, handprints and a butt print in my room. Everything else seemed cleaned and great.
