The extra amenities (snacks, beverages, games and art in the lobby etc) are next level! The whole hotel is gorgeous and everyone we encountered was incredibly kind. Great stay!

The beds were great! Super soft! My only concern was, they used an ice bucket as a garbage can in the bathroom. So, needless to say, I will never use an ice bucket that I see on the shelf...

Loved the hotel and staff. The bed was super comfy and location is hard to beat. Only thing I would say, you can’t hear the outside which is amazing, but if you are near an elevator you can hear the ding at all hours in the hallway. Other than that loved the stay and as someone that is normally in a Marriott over 200 nights a year, of all the hotels in Eugene, I’ll definitely be staying here again!

My only issue staying here (we’ve stayed twice) is that we cannot get the air conditioning to go lower than its preset and it is wayyyy too hot at night for optimal sleep. It is made worse by the fact that they use a spin dial that is not easy or intuitive for the hvac in rooms, but even after getting assistance, it didn’t get cooler in the rooms.

The valet parking is very convenient and car was always ready when we came downstairs. Beware it is $20 per day. The staff were lovely. The food and cocktail choices are great. The only complaint i have about this property is the beds. They are like sleeping on plywood, hard is not even a strong enough descriptor. After three nights in that bed my ribs and hips hurt so much!

The amazing, friendly staff makes the Gordon hotel a great experience. The valet is very quick. The hotel staff genuinely wants to ensure your stay is great. Dillan went out of his way to get a small screw driver so I could finish a Christmas surprise for my son. Everyone smiles and greets you.

We stayed at this hotel last night. Check in was easy! Once you pull up, you will check in and they will valet your car. Heads up, valet costs money! However, this hotel was not only welcoming, but comfortable. The staff was kind and accommodating. We had supper at the restaurant and it was absolutely incredible.

This hotel is supposed to be a 5 star landmark hotel. Fairmont SF is a true luxury hotel however the rooms here in Seattle are that of a 1 or 2 star. I was given a room on the 3rd floor and it had had a yellow stain in the bathtub and the rest of the room was falling apart. I walked in and my energy was immediately depressing. I was given a different room on the 5th floor again the room is mediocre at most and I can’t believe spent $1000 for two days here. Never again. Can’t wait to leave.

Great place to stay. Super friendly staff. We did not dine at the hotel as the rooftop restaurant was too loud and the lobby restaurant was backed up. Otherwise, very cool place stay and great location.
