Quiet room on the second floor even though Hwy 99 and a train track were just across the parking lot/front grass. The room was very clean and comfortable. The room had plenty of lamps and ceiling can lights to make it bright and cheerful. Easy TV to use and good air conditioner.
The tub floor was slippery when wet. I think tub anti-slip decals and/or a grab bar would make it much safer. The motel is located in an industrial area along Hwy 99 so not a good place to go out for a walk.

Our room was impeccable....clean and comfortable.
Parking is awkward. Not being able to see our vehicle from the room, and having to walk so far was the only real drawback.

We had lunch with friends and when they heard where we were staying they gasped and said NO! Drugs and prostitution is the reputation of that hotel. We let the Royal Inn know that we were not going to make it to our reservation and we booked a better hotel. We ate at room charge. 😞
