Location and value were good. Although the structure is old, its evident the owners have made improvements- no carpeting, it's clean, and the air conditioning works well.
Finishing/caulking around bathtub show age of structure.

Location to airport.
Policies not clear and I had to accept a financial parking charge that I had previously enquired about and tried to avoid with due diligence. It appeared to be a rapid decision by owner/manager even though I had emails which did not support sudden extra charge. At very least, better communication with clear terms before a guest arrives would be helpful.
