At first when we arrived we were excited to stay here because the lobby area looked so nice. Sadly that’s one of the few places that’s upkept. The hotel room is another story. The first room we were given had a couple of issues so we were changed to a different room. Things improved a little. The first room the phone did not work, one of the bathroom shower doors did not close properly and the bathroom would be completely wet when you take a shower because of poor design. The other bathroom did not have hot water. The hotel stated that the room had two king size beds but they turned out to be queen size. The AC looks like it’s been around for a long time. There’s no utensils or dish ware in the kitchen. And the washer does not work. In the pictures online everything looks clean and new. Even the pool looked really nice but when we went to go to the pool hoping to go for a swim, there was yellow stains on the tiles at the bottom of the pool. Definitely disappointed but overall our stay was alright.

Location is great, ONLY. It's a family trip, we had reserved two nights, We have to leave one day earlier, even though we pre-paid. Because of unacceptable standard of cleanness. Hair on bed sheet, bed frame is dirty, Water drip on pillow from Air-conditioning system when it switch on, two chairs in dining area are mold, the room is full of mold smell, or some kind of stinky smell, coffee cup setting serves without tea spoon, etc.... Good luck guys.

2 bedroom & 2baths apartment. It's good value when you think about the price. The room very spacious with kictchen and living room. But the room condition is a bit old. However, I'm happy with what I have paid and got. Kind staff. Especially the receptionists. Just one thing I disappointed is there was a small fly in my breakfast soup. :(

The apartment was very spacious. The apartment was very well equipped. It wasn't very clean or new but it was acceptable. The location of the hotel was amazing. It was very close to the markets and there was a mall on the other side of the building. You can find supermarket, cafe and shops in it. Very convenient indeed. Also, it was only 10-15 minutes from the airport on taxi. Perfect plave to stay if you have an early flight. I would stay in this hotel again when I come to Da Nang.

The apartment was very spacious. The apartment was very well equipped. It wasnt very clean or new but it was acceptable.The location of the hotel was amazing. The building smelled very bad of cigarette smoke! The suites were old and dirty. The washer didn’t work. The sink was broken. The breakfast was absolutely disgusting. No food cold coffee and cockroaches crawling around. Pool was working when we arrived and when it finally opened it was cloudy. Broken loungers with no cushion. No pool towels. Room safe didn’t work. Bed so hard it felt like a box spring

The suite was spacious, big kitchen with some utensils. Bedrooms were spacious. Living room has a TV with english channels. Front desk staff was friendly (because we had a friend who spoke vietnamnese). Location was opposite a marketplace and part of a mall. About 20 mins walk to dragon bridge, but we took taxi. Hotel had tour packages and allowed you to rent a car with driver to bring you to places out of Da Nang.

The hotel was really well located. It was close to the airport and the big mart. It also had a great view of the river. However the hotel was little old and stinked.

We reserved 3 rooms on a family trip but the 2 room air conditioning failed, 1 room had breakdown of the hot water supply function of the shower. I asked for improvement and thought that I would naturally change the room, but waited for 20 minutes and two repair agents came in the room. I will spend 30 minutes there with a repair shop. As a result it seemed that it was not in a state to heal immediately, but the room changed, but it took about 90 minutes in this series of times, and continued to sweat so that it felt sick during that period. One of the two rooms that had been changed had two machines with two airconditioners, one of which was still in trouble. In addition, my room number was filled in with a pen that I put on laundry service and it did not go to slacks, and my socks were returned in a state that it was not dry, it was nothing but unpleasant thing. I do not use it again and think that I should remove this hotel from the publication of EXPEDIA also for other people's comfortable vacation. I feel very sorry about the level of EXPEDIA's work which added such a hotel with low facility inspection ability and low staff level to the choice.

３週間滞在しました。ホテルの階下にダナンで最も大きなスーパーが入ってます。ケンタッキーや映画館もあります。キッチンと洗濯機があります。洗濯機は１日に１０万ドン（５００円）かかります。予約時に確認してください。そしてチェックイン後、ガス開栓や洗濯ホースの借り出しをします。部屋は広いです。２ベッドルームにしたら、キングサイズのベッドが２つでした。スーパーの入り口にはタクシー乗り場があって常に待機しています。隣にはデパートがあり、その最上階にはボーリングとゲームセンターとフードコートがあります。斜め前にコン市場があります。ホテルの朝食はとても美味しく、毎日メニューが変わるので３週間食べても飽きませんでした。フォーやコム（ご飯）を中心にたくさんの惣菜やフルーツやデザートが並び、知らない料理は食べ方を親切に教えてくれました。全体に油っぽくなくてお腹に優しかったです（これ重要）。ダナンで食べたベトナム料理で一番美味しかったです。シェフが女性のせいか、家庭の味なんだと思います。長期出張の方や住んでいる日本人も多いと聞きました。観光客は韓国人中国人が多いです。たまにアメリカ人もいました。エアコンは快適です。残念なのは、シャワーのドアが壊れていたこと。プールの水が濁っていたこと。心配なので泳ぎませんでした。（誰も泳いでいませんでした）スタッフは親切で、毎日清掃もしっかりしてくれました。インテリアはベトナム風です。長期滞在にはオススメです。 I stayed for 3 weeks. This hotel has a big supermarket at downstairs . There is a kitchen and clothes wash machine in the room. Breakfast is yummy,I think best of Danang. But showroom's door was broken.

Booked online, from the photos it looked good but I since worked out looks can be very deceiving. Worse hotel I've stayed at, reception staff unhelpful-asked for a taxi & they told me to go out and look for one. Half way through being checked in my a man who did not smile once then he handed out documents to his colleagues & walked off without a word. His collegue then gave us the keys and told us what floor we were on and that was it. Hotel room extremely basic, uncomfortable bed, felt like I was sleeping on planks of wood & the room was so dark due to so many lights being out. Only upside is the housekeeping and restaurant staff were polite. Would not stay here if you paid me

The room was large but very old, also cleanness,since I found the dirty Blood on the bed. The light was dark, We was not feeling good for the environment. Also,a bit smelly of the corridor. But the location was good, BigC downstairs, we could arrive the local food market just crossed the road within three mins.

When I looked up the hotel I fell in love with the furniture and setup, and the fact they had a pool for my little 4 year old was a plus. I ended up getting a different kind of set up than what was on the pictures. Hotel had an amazing view of the city, it was clean, and the complomentary breakfast was good. Kitchen was pointless, there were NO kitchen utensils, pots, or plates. In the US most hotels with a kitchenette come fully stocked with most kitchen items. Their bed is more comfortable than most hotels I have slept in. Location is awesome...so much to do in the surrounding area.

Location seems convenient. Rooms were nice and big but unfortunately the cleaninless was really poor, not to mention the first room they gave my group booking had fleas and hair on the bed. Breakfast was cold and wasn't quite fresh at all. Staffs were quite friendly & helpful.

The Vinh Trung hotel has a good appearance on the surface but is lacking in maintenance and service. The lobby looks nice and rooms are spacious. However, rooms are not very well kept. We had four broken light bulbs in one room that we had to call them to fix. The bathrooms, especially, were subpar. They were slightly worn down and dirty, and one of the bathrooms had a small shower with a broken door. The other shower was open with no doors at all and was annoying to use because it splashed water everywhere. The staff was not very professional and communicative. We made a request to them for an item and we were waiting for them to respond back about its status. However, when they did not have the item, they couldn’t even call us back to tell us and we wasted our time waiting. Also, the staff’s micro-management made gave the impression that they were watching over us and didn’t trust us. The one good thing about the Vinh Trung was the breakfast. The breakfast was very good and had a wide selection of foods. Another thing, if you are planning to wash your clothes here, you are going to have to pay extra to use the washing machine. In addition, if you are affected by smoke, the hallways can have a strong smell of cigarette smoke. Lastly, their gym is not well-equipped and has bad air-conditioning.

I don't understand why the review of this hotel is low....It's really nice place...comfort, clean and safely. It's located on the Bic c super market. If you need, you can ask Kitchen utensils at the reception because they are included in the booking through agoda.com.

Chose the apartment hotel for a night intending to use its washing machine to wash our clothes during our 2 weeks stay in VN. But the washing machine did not exist in our room, as the reception said it was normally provided to customer staying for a month. Had to pay 100,000 for using which was fine, but keep in mind this place does not provide enough equipments as its name of an apartment. Another strange thing was that it only served 1 omelet, 1 bread with jam, and 1 congee for 2 people as breakfast, which we never experienced in a 4 star property, or even a 3 star hotel. An international brand might be a must if request a standard service.
