The hotel is beautiful, welcoming and full of character, with an atmosphere that feels both unique and relaxing. The spa is truly exceptional, one of the best we have ever visited. Each sauna is large and beautifully designed with different temperatures, artistic details, mosaics and even a salt room. There are multiple pools including a cold plunge, indoor and outdoor options, plus relaxing lounges. The whole spa experience is on a different level.
The hotel’s design is impressive, with charming medieval corridors, stunning Christmas decorations and a fascinating wine cellar that feels like a living museum. The staff were kind, friendly and attentive. Breakfast was good with excellent fresh orange juice and amazing croissants. Dinner was tasty and nicely presented.
The nature around the hotel is perfect for walks and ideal for guests with dogs. Overall, this is a special hotel with an extraordinary spa, beautiful atmosphere and thoughtful details. We enjoyed our stay and would happily return.
Some areas of the rooms feel a bit older compared to the rest of the hotel’s beautiful design. Breakfast was nice but the variety could be wider, and a few small details at dinner could be improved. With a few updates, the experience would be perfect.

Beautiful place lovely comfy room
Staff very friendly.
The restaurant is extortionate.
The menu very limited.
Obviously have their French regulars.
Plenty of space in the restaurant and we were place out of the way from the main tables.
The waiter was a nice guy but the food was ok but very much overpriced really let our stay down.
No hot water once one person had a bath. No milk in the room ☹️
