The Hilton was great. The front desk people were helpful and pleasant. The upgraded room was awesome! The pool and hot tubs were amazing!

Loved all the extra things like lotion and good shampoo, etc in the bathroom

the front desk staff, the concierge and the shuttle drivers were all excellent . Especially helpful was Brian at the front desk. He is a wonderful employee.

We enjoyed the property except the sink in the bathroom had very minimal counter space which made it difficult with 2 people in the room.

Everything was great but I am embarrassed about the fact when I got there I was very tired and the fact it took me over 7 hours to go 300 miles due to traffic and rain and I was rude to the girl working the counter over the fact I did not know there was a 20.00 cost to park times 2 days and I did not know this she handled it like a professional .I did say how sorry I was turns out it is my fault and it did say on expedias web site Please let her know this but if you are looking for a great place this is for you again a great job

Very nice hotel. Very clean and the staff were all very friendly and helpful.

We had a great experience. Well kept clean rooms with a view balcony. Very close to the lift rides and dinings areas in Canyon Village area. The staff was very helpful.

It was a great overall experience beginning at the front door with the valet. Parking was convenient, the staff was always helpful, the room was cozy and the swimming pool was convenient. Definitely, the place we'll stay at in the future. Thank you!

Staff are not friendly, parking is an absolute joke - plus they make you pay separately for it. Buildings are confusing, staff are just as confused. Room is so so at best

The hotel is a little older but that was part of the charm. The full kitchen was well appointed and all of the appliances seem brand new. The location could not be beat. But, while we were there, the pool was not open and it was over 100 degrees in SLC and in the mid 80's in Park City. Then the AC went out for the entire property overnight with rooms reaching 80+ degrees. If it weren't for the unusable pool and broken AC I would have given this property all of the highest ratings. They were very apologetic but offered no options for swimming at a sister property even though we asked if we could.

The size of the room was great

Beautiful property. Clean facilities. Spacious room. Getting from the parking garage to the elevator was a nightmare and we ended up walking through an office somehow. Also the tv/room internet didn’t work to connect to the tv. Called down to front desk for help and was told it was supposedly throughout the hotel, and wouldn’t help me anymore. I was able to log into the hotel internet just not the room one that allowed you to stream from your device.

Great place to stay.

Customer service from the front desk was condescending and unhelpful. Our room had no A/C on a 85 F day. We reserved a room with a king bed but we got a queen. When we asked about accommodations that had what we reserved 2 weeks in advanced, we were told they had nothing available. Room cleanliness was unsatisfactory. We found trash and food debris from previous occupants. The valet and shuttle drivers were awesome! Very helpful in getting around and giving us tips.

Doesn't show $20 nightly parking fee when booking. Hotel was nice, customer service was not. Stayed one night and they doubled charged for parking. I called and lady said shed credit it back but was too busy to deal with it right now. We'll see.

Loved the room and and the staff was friendly and helpful. Wish they would not let dogs stay in the rooms people are allergic to them and even if the room are cleaned you still have an allerigic reaction. The dogs that were there during our stay were not serivce animals, people lie and show false paperwork knowing the hotel can't ask them about it. It ruins the vactions for the rest of us. Leave your pets home!!!!

Everything was great nice property and location! Loved the atmosphere! Didn’t like the 10am checkout and when I booked it didn’t say anything about the $20 parking a night and had to ask for fresh towels daily!

The good: ac and hot water works 👍 room we stayed in was at the end so we didn’t hear much from neighbors except from above. Literally their phone alarm/vibrating woke me up - so that’s the noise. The bad: no breakfast/ food on property (other restaurants are within walking distance though). We called to see if we could possibly do an early check in. Spoke with front desk manager (Greyson) said he’ll put a rush in for cleaning and then will send a text once room is ready. This was at 10 am -we drove out to park city and got to the outlets by 130, ate and did our shopping. Got to the hotel at 240 ish since no text came thru and again, was told room is still being cleaned and give them about an hour. No text, so we decided at this point they’re not going to accommodate us. Check in was at 4, got to the hotel desk at 355. Adam assisted us, and now we’re told we might have to wait a little bit cause a hand towel bar broke and maintenance was working on it. So from the previous stay and when check out is at 10am, the whole time it took the property 6 hours to clean a suite and barely realizing that a hand towel needed to be replaced? I think for being a Hilton and located in such a nice area, people could at least stick to their words and just be honest. Would had been so much easier if the desk manager could just let us know “unfortunately we can’t do early check in’s”. Also hand towel bar was never fixed, they just put spackle paste over it and left it to dry. 😅

Large rooms and nice pool - but property is a couple of miles from park city , no restaurant on site , and starting to show its age … good option for family vacation if you have car and plan to make meals in your own kitchen

While I visited in the off-season, the area was very pleasant and the staff were very kind and accommodating to needs. The room was excellent and amenities provided were encompassing to ensure a great stay.

We stayed here last year. In one year this location is falling apart! It has parts of the roof peeling off and falling on the sides of the building. Stayed two nights but before checking in was told that I needed to check out and then check back in for my second day. How am l going to do that with my kids, family, and all the cooking and kitchen supplies I needed. They told me they couldn’t accommodate me and then an hour later after leaving…they called me back to come back and told me they had a room. I was so grateful. Until I got to the room. Leaky bathroom sink, tub not cleaned, no hot water in the kitchen or sinks (only partial in the shower), and not to mention the death trap out the balcony where kids can climb on the roof! As in…they could access the entire property roof from this room. Very scary. It’s sad that I felt grateful for a dilapidated room and overwhelmed with upset for how this weekend went.

The AC in the room was broken, so the temperature was at 80 degrees. I had to get creative with opening windows and turning on fans to get to the low 70s. And then there was a party above us until about 2am. I called the front desk about it, but they didn't do anything. The room itself is very nice and comfortable.
