Permai is fantastic, we had a treehouse and enjoyed waking up to monkeys and bird song each morning. It is a perfect place to just relax and do nothing or book some tours from. The staff were all lovely and helpful, if driving us themselves to catch a late afternoon boat trip. We extended our stay another night as we loved it so much.

You are staying in the rainforest, in a treehouse, with the China Sea crashing on rocks outside your back door. Everything else that could be considered a problem is overlooked

It's a nice place in a beautiful location with lots of activities to do. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the food is good.
