Very clean place, room was ok with strong WIFI and they provide free tee and coffee which is not usual in Switzerland. Location is ok but still need to walk approx. 15 minutes to reach main lifts (Speilboden / Allalin, the Hannig one is close).
Good breakfast
As for almost everything in Saas Fee, it's much overpriced. Would not chose again this place just because of the rates....but hardly possible to find better deal in the village, we should admit.

Decent property with spacious, clean rooms. Staff were excellent and the food was good. Only real drawbacks were the bed, not very comfortable and just two twins pushed together, and the lack of a room fan in the summer heat. Granted I didn't ask either. Otherwise, a pleasant stay.

The location is good and stuff is very nice. Breakfast is good, has gluten free options
The hotel is old, bathroom needs renovation. Bad had mattresses with different firmness
