The host was very welcome. It was easy to communicate with him. The room had everything needed for the comfortable night stay.
Unfortunately, the kitchen is very small and is outside. Some showers didn't work. Very small space in the showers

We stayed here for the UltraBalaton race and it was exactly what we needed! We checked in late and had a 5:00am start the next morning, and everything went super smoothly. The hostel is basic but had all the essentials: clean beds, hot showers, and a great vibe. The staff were friendly and helpful, even with our late arrival. Facilities were simple but clean. The location was awesome — just a short walk to our exchange zone, which made the early start way less stressful. All in all, I would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat. Perfect for runners or anyone looking for a no-fuss, good-energy place to crash.
It was a little noisy, but then again, it is a hostel.

It was quiet season, but staff member Pieter was lovely everything was clean. It was great to have the use of the kitchen to make a hot drink as was unseasonably cold.
Small kettle to heat water for hot drink please!
