Staff is fine,
Pool is opened 8:00AM, I think if this is opening a little early will be better.
The drain sometimes got clogged.

Stayed here for a night and didn't have an awful experience but also didn't have a pleasant one. More like a meh stay.
First, the hotel is about 15 mins past Lunahuana and there is nothing around so cool, we can now enjoy all the amenities at the hotel. Check in is at 3 pm so we got there at 4 pm..pool closes at 6 pm. OK, let's eat something...restaurant closed until 7:30 pm...well, maybe a drink...bar closed until 8 pm. Main attraction, a Netflix movie projected a the events room. Decided to wait for the restaurant as we were starving, food was whatever...asked for a steak medium rare...they brought it well done. Asked for a wine list...they only had one wine option, by the bottle. Intipalka Malbec for 70 Soles...which has a store price of 24 soles. Corkage fee is 25 soles. Had lemonade instead.
No A/C in the room and could not open the windows because there are tons of bugs in the area. Had a fan but circulated hot air inside the room. Bed was comfortable though. OH wait...NO WiFi!
Next day breakfast was OK. Enjoyed the zoo, rode a bike around the resort, got in the pool...which BTW is dirty, mold at bottom of pool and water isn't clear. Check out at 12 pm. Receptionist mentioned I could use the facilities until 4 pm...no thanks - got out of there immediately and went to town for a nice lunch.
