This was one of our favorite stays on our honeymoon. We were only here for two nights, but after walking Venice all day, it was so nice to take a seat on the balcony for a very coveted view of the canal, especially at sunset. I would recommend this highly as it's a 7 minute walk from the train station and only over one bridge with stairs. No need for a water taxi, self check in was easy, and the staff was very responsive even when not at the front desk.

great property and staff. beautiful view. my boyfriend proposed and they worked with him to surprise me with flowers and champagne in the room. highly recommend this hotel!

Really beautiful property - check the pictures online... really pretty. Great location in a quieter area of Venice... it will still have a lot of activity from tourists since Venice is so busy (we stayed in mid-May). There is a gondola station right outside the hotel - I wish I had known that, for a quieter experience than something on the grand canal (too busy, large waves). We walked to Doge's Palace - 25 minutes or so one way. Take a boat if that's too far for you. Property is not staffed, but we were lucky to run into someone as we checked in - she showed us the room and the little patio just off the stairs - grab a glass of wine and look out over the bridge and canal. Enjoy!

Perfect room, staff very polite and helpful, I only had one uk plug adapter and they gave me an extension without even asking. Made everything so easy
